Stayed Dec 21, 2025Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place.There were a few minor maintenance issues during our visit, including some cracked glasses, a couple of pedestal fans not working properly, and the ceiling and wall fans in the bunk room not functioning. We also noticed a gas issue with the bottle, which was resolved at the time.Despite these small issues, the property itself was enjoyable and well suited for our stay.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025Pat and his team have provided a phenomenal experience with Lil's. The property is close to everything and is well kept. We had a wonderful time with family and friends and will definitely be back. The maintenance team are very hands on and super helpful.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lil’s place. The outdoor shower made rinsing off after a sandy adventure so much easier and the house was well equipped for our group of 9. If you are looking for a large home for your family look no further. We can not wait to return to Lil’s place in the future!(Take bug spray for the marsh flies, they are relentless!)

Stayed Oct 13, 2024We had a great week at Lil’s place! It’s a great location and a really great house for a family and grandparents! House was clean except for a fair bit of mould in all the sink drains which was causing a bit of a smell. And a bit of mould around the kitchen sink. Outdoor area was awesome! Property managers were great with information etc and owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back to Lil’s place.
