Location was just wonderful! Super convenient for the Ironman race in September. Closet doors did not work well, but everything else was fine.

This was our second stay at this house. It's in a great location close to the ocean and the boardwalk. It's very comfortable with everything we need including to outdoor spaces. Diana is a very responsive host.

Perfect solution for extending family staying for wedding week. Great location for walking on West Cliff Dr along the ocean. Pet friendly but yard is not fenced in. But dog loved walks in neighborhood! Hosts were easy to communicate with.

This is a very nice property very close to the water and the boardwalk and beach with a nice beautiful stroll along the shoreline to the main attractions. The house is roomy with a full kitchen and living room. Perfect for a couple with a child.

Great place to stay with our 1.5 year old. Close proximity to the dog beach which was wonderful as well as a very cute small park nearby which was big hit.

The location was wonderful, a new part of town for us on the westside. We found the unit to be dark inside with several of the light fixtures not working. The manager was responsive but seemed to be on a tight budget.

We had a great stay with everything we needed close to the surf for a contest this weekend. Super easy walk to surf, maybe 7 minutes to the steps. The kitchen was actually stocked with useful items which I’ve found to be rare in some places. Super easy check in and great access to town. We’ll be back next year. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place to relax this is the ideal place to stay, everything was perfect and host was easy to contact and communicate with, beautiful location and close to everything Sant Cruz , would definitely come back for a return trip.

My daughter couldn’t come home for Christmas from college so we needed to bring Christmas to her. To my delight this ended up being perfect place to relax and stay warm durning storm. Close to beach to watch waves and fully stocked kitchen. Wow. Wonderful

Kitchen has all things needed for preparing meals (pans, coffee maker, potato peeler, whisk, spatula and spoons, etc.) Same with bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of sheets, pillows, towels. Very clean. Nice walk to lighthouse and beach.

Nice to walk to Steamer Lane to surf, eat at Steamer Supply, and great coffee and croissant at Shrine Coffee. The house is very efficient and comfortable with everything you need except maybe a full roll of paper towels and an extra roll of toilet paper so you don’t have to go to the store right away.

We were in town for a large sporting event and needed somewhere close to the event - that also serve as a relaxing home base. This place was perfect for that. There was space in the garage for our gear. The house was cool and quiet after a day in the sun. We were comfortable and we loved it.

Great little spot on West Cliff, right where you want to be. Only Lighthouse Field open space across the street and then the ocean so very quiet and serene. Clean living area downstairs and two great bedrooms upstairs, 1 with nice corner suite forest views and feels. Everything you need and nothing you don't! The front door lock and coded entry was a bit sticky but we got it figured out. Driveway reserved for your car was terrific. Thank you!

Great location - walkable to Steamers Lane, Cowells, and the Boardwalk. Very clean and well taken care of - will definitely be staying there again!!

Location was wonderful and the place was nice and clean. It did miss a few essentials, like we didn’t have a dishwashing sponge nor any body wash in the bathroom like in other VRBOs. But there was laundry soap that smelled wonderful so I did my laundry ?. I would note there is just 1 bathroom which can get tricky with 5-6 people but we made it work. Beds were comfy, had enough towels. We would stay here again. Nice little spot at a great location away from the craziness yet still walking distance to it. Thank you

It was a substandard experience. The description mentioned we needed to buy some supplies but the house did not provide anything that’s standard for vacation rentals. We had to buy tissues, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. It would be a much better experience to provide your guests with the bare minimum instead of treating our experience as an expense. On top of that, the walls are paper thin. We can hear each other breathing in the other room. For the price of the stay, the build quality is not acceptable.

Our stay in Santa Cruz was wonderful! The property was so nice and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and staying in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay again when in Santa Cruz!

This listing is a great location! About a mile walk tl the wharf , plenty of walking trails. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dining space and enough kitchen equipment to make dinner for the four of us.
