House was very warm and cosy and we had a comfortable stay and would recommend it. Just a couple of points to bring to your attention for the benefit of others. The bed in the spare single room we assume had a broken base so there was a piece of MDF under the mattress which we caught our leg on a couple of times. The back door was hard to lock amd unlock. Some of the pots and pans were damaged or not thorughly cleaned by the previous occupants perhaps and under the beds could do with a hoover and tidy as we found out when trying to hide Xmas presents! All minor points so hope this is helpful. All in all a lovely place.

Great location for visiting Midhurst. However, it was just as well we knew where we were going as the instruction we were given said Pizza Express when it should be  Tesco Express. Nice new kitchen Lots of utensils But utensils etc need some review: We found a dirty / scratched pan. Some chipped/ unclean plates Some unclean cutlery in the drawer Knife in draw - missing its tip. Kettle needs a proper clean (we did give it a good rinse). Fire extinguisher needs to be located in a better place. It was located out of reach on the cooker hood!! Maybe attached to the wall to the left of the back door is a better place. Found the wifi details on a bit of previously screwed up scrap of paper. Nice bathroom but appears to be unfinished - tiling. The glass shelf over the sink is a bit unstable. Looks like there is a scratch/crack in the sink. The extractor fan may have an intermittent fault as a couple of times it didn't seem to switch off automatically. The garden/courtyard could be lovely but currently not really usable as a bit of a mess. Otherwise, OK for a few days. Could be a lovely place when finished.

The location is fantastic as you can walk everywhere and leave your car on the drive. Considering it’s just off the main road through Midhurst it’s surprisingly very quiet. Couple of things went wrong while we were there but the team at Henry Adams were straight on it and everything was sorted very quickly.

Overall we enjoyed the cottage but for me at age 54 and disabled and also a family friend who is in his 80's and my parents who are nearing 90 it would have helpful to have more handrails around the bathroom. Also a night light for the landing would be great as the first night of our stay I fell down the stairs at 3 in the morning and gashed my leg open.

A lovely cottage in an excellent location in the centre of Midhurst with a well equipped kitchen and excellent all round facilities. Very clean and tidy and well managed by Henry Adams. Minor issues were dealt with immediately and communication was first class. Highly recommended.

We spent a month at Leaview whilst waiting for our house purchase to come through. The house is in a good, central spot in Midhurst which is a lovely town. It is close to some lovely walks especially along the River Rother. But we had a few issues whilst there: - The broadband/WIFI kept dropping which made work extremely difficult. Although we raised this early on nothing improved - Some of the equipment and furnishings were a bit shoddy. The dryer door had to be wedged shut. The bathroom sink unit drawer couldn't be shut. The washing machine door was a struggle to open - The house didn't feel like it had been cleaned properly. There were dust and cobwebs everywhere. There had been a flood from the shower because the drainage pipe was full of hair that we had to clean it out. The kitchen was infested with ants and upstairs was infested with moths both of which we sorted out. All of the above probems could easily dealt with. This house would then be a super stay.

The cottage was roomy and had everything we needed. It was in. Great location just off the high street but very quiet. There is ample parking for a large car and we enjoyed the cute back yard to sit in the sun.
