Birch End is a delightful holiday house set in a quiet residential area of Midhurst in West Sussex.
It offers a great base from which to enjoy a relaxing break and explore all the region has to offer.

The house is set on a hill with steps leading up to the front door.
The ground floor has a cosy sitting room at the front, with a TV, DVD player, stereo and Wi-Fi internet access.
This leads through to a kitchen and dining room and a small conservatory overlooking the rear garden.
The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, fridge with freezer box and all the cookware guests will require to be able to comfortably self-cater.
There is also a washing machine in the conservatory.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The front bedroom is a double room with plenty of storage space.
The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds, as well as a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Outside, the rear garden is small but mature and is stepped up the hillside.
Although there is no private off road parking for the house, there is plenty of unrestricted on-street parking available in the road.

    I really enjoyed staying in this property, I had an extended stay with my three boys, it’s local to their school and they had a friend who was living next door. The property was very comfortable and clean throughout and suited our needs. The owner was contactable and helped us out when needed. I would recommend this property to my friends

    Birch End was perfect for my husband, pets and me for a six week stay while we waited for our house purchase to complete. The owner was very helpful and friendly as was the neighbour who keeps an eye on things for her. We already knew Midhurst well, it is a lovely town in the beautiful South Downs with lovely walks, pubs and restaurants. The property is on a very quiet estate within easy walking distance of town or there is a very regular bus service. The house is cosy and warm and very well equipped, the conservatory and enclosed garden were great for our dog. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Very clean and well equipped. Always managed to park our car nearby. Lots of hot water(and central heating if you need it). Plenty of information and OS maps. Lovely place and Midhurst has some great eateries. La Piazzetta and Olive and Vine.

    Ok for a short time as really quite small for three adults. Only concerns were that it was a bit musty inside on arrival (?dogs) and car parking is really limited.

    Quiet neighborhood, cosy property, close to all our preferred local attractions, but the property was not cleaned from the previous guests. Food left in the microwave, rubbish not taken out, and beds left stripped with dirty laundry piled on top. The management company sent someone over that day to sort things out, but should not have had to be done in the first place.

    Very pleasant place to stay but several issues.Badly stained mugs on mug tree.No spare loo roll.Only half a roll ! The owner was contacted about a stuck window that we could not open or close and was informed of the other problems.Upon arrival we were struck by the strong smell of dogs and several dog hairs on lounge floor.Attempted to use Hoover but the smell from it was horrendous.We failed to understand why we were instructed not to park outside 87 or 89 Poplar Way when it is stated clearly by the Little Midhurst committee that no one has an allocated parking space.
