MAIN LIVING SPACES:
You’ll spend most of your time together in the absolutely stunning living area on the home’s third level with the most incredible Gulf views from the balcony. The open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen will wow you and your guests. Relax on the spacious sectional sofa. Dine at the table that seats 12. And whip up casual lunches or a seafood supper in the charming, fully equipped kitchen with open shelving and stainless appliances. Kids can perch on the island’s stool or curl up in the window seat to keep the cook company. A powder bath serves this main living space. Gather on the spacious, third-floor balcony with plush outdoor furnishings, including a charming swing, for the spectacular island views as far as the eye can see. Other common areas on the first and second levels provide room to relax for smaller groups. On the first floor, past a powder room, the elevator, a laundry room with garage access, and an additional full-size fridge, you’ll find the cozy, first-floor living room. Here, amid surfboard wall hangings, a Smart flat-screen TV hangs over a counter-space with a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge for downstairs guests. Step onto the first-floor, rear screened porch, and relax as you listen to the roar of the waves coming from just beyond the dunes. The second-floor common living areas include the masterful front balcony, where you can survey charming Cinnamon Shore South or look over the serene community lake, and a sitting area with a round card table and full wet bar with Keurig.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
The first level offers a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom, featuring walk-in shower, double vanities, and whale tail-shaped shower hooks. It connects to a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks. Another queen bedroom on this level shares a bathroom with the first-floor living room, where another 2 sets of twin bunk beds accommodate more guests. On the second floor, a queen bedroom, with fresh, orange-and-white color scheme and tropical fish-theme linens, boasts its own private balcony with lake and community views. An enormous Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects to a Gulf-side bunk room with twin-over-queen bunks and glimpses of the water. The home’s first primary king suite, with sun-yellow accents and contemporary design, commands Gulf views from a private balcony with comfortable seating, including sofa, chairs and charming swing. Its en suite bath features double vanities and spacious walk-in shower with bench. Finally, this level offers one more queen suite, a spacious room that also offers an upper twin bunk over a cute baby crib, along with a wall of shelves for baby necessities. The private bathroom makes this the perfect space for any young family to share. The third floor presents another grand primary king suite. Located just off the kitchen, it offers a comfy retreat with a sleigh bed crafted in beachy, woven rattan backed by a wall featuring contemporary artwork—3D, winged shorebirds hung in a neat grid. In a bathroom with gorgeous tilework, the steam shower and soaker tub melt away the cares of the day.

This was our 3rd year to vacation in this beautiful home. The well thought out design of the home accommodated 10 children and 10 adults perfectly. The 3rd floor view was stunning. It was well equipped and appointed. The staff was helpful and very quick to respond to any request we had. Amanda and her team members went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. The Sage Beach Carts were so fun and the beach chairs were great! Overall, our Cinnamon Shore - See the Sea experience was perfect! Highly recommend!

The ocean views, porches, and proximity to pool and beach were perfect. We loved all of the amenities. Property management needs to update kitchen utensils - they were sparse and what was there is very worn out. I went to IGA and replaced some pans myself.

We were without working lights and outlets in the master on the 3rd floor and bunk room on the bottom floor for a couple of days. We were told it would be handled but it wasn’t priority. We could have fixed it if we had access to the location of the breaker box. A highlight was the night we had a shrimp boil brought in and JJ was the best! We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

The kitchen has every appliance imaginable. There are 3 levels and lots of stairs but the home has an easy to use elevator. We will stay here again.
