Large unique home in the beautiful Ozark Mountains on the Kings River.

Roomy, quiet, gorgeous setting, fantastic for group of all ages.

The house is huge and beyond equipped. Everything was thought of in the kitchen and the cabinets are labeled so you can find what you need. It’s just up the hill from the Kings River with easy access to launch or take out kayaks. We floated down to Romp Hole access with an easy 10 minute dirt road shuttle back. This was a guys trip with only four guys so we all had a bedroom and full bath to ourselves. The notes say it sleeps 16 but its probably more like 20 with a a lot of kids. Would be a great setup for 3 or 4 families!

We arrived for our high school senior class trip. There was enough space that we weren’t on top of each other. The mugs loved the games and hot tub. All in all, it was a great experience and will be a source of memories for years to come.

The house and property are very unique in a good way, and the direct access to the river is a nice bonus.Our kids loved everything about it. Debbie is a great host and we certainly recommend this property to other families.

There is a lot of steps, but it didn't stop our youngest at age 3. The kitchen had everything. Plenty of extra stuff as well such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Our whole family loved this house.

We had a great stay. Home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Plenty of room for our families staying there. Our host was very accommodating with requests. We did not, however, that the water pressure was low. She is fixing that after our departure but was willing to do it during our stay if the problem was bad enough. Again, loved this property. It was very quiet area. It was a joy to sit outside on one of the many decks and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We enoyed the space and access to the river. The kitchen and dining areas were nice for our large family. The house needs a good thorough cleaning (dusting light fixtures and cobwebs on the ceilings). There was VERY low water pressure so even though there are plenty of bathrooms, we had to only use one at a time in order to have enough pressure to shower. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time. Debbie is a great host and we had everything we needed and liked the house layout so everyone could be connected but not disturbing others with the different games we had going on.

Great stay for our large group of Harley riders. Need to mention that this house is almost a mile down a gravel road for those who visit on 2 wheels. Not the best situation, especially after a rainfall. This doesn't take away from the accomiations and wonderful host.

Check in was super easy, loved the cookies and the welcome letter in the kitchen. Kitchen is full service with no need to eat out if you dont want to. The house was great.

Owner was fabulous. Property was spotless. Layout suited our needs. Everyone was talking about visiting next year. Easy river access, great hot tub, quiet solar in which to relax.

Great location on the Kings River for water activities and fishing.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 and our 2 labs. There was so much room to spread out. We enjoyed having the pool table, darts and hot tub to use. We swam in the river multiple tunes and access from the property was so convenient. Our host was amazing and very prompt. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for large extended family gathering. Plenty for kids to do both inside and outside the home.

My husband and I with our 3 kids and their spouses along with 7 grands booked for a long weekend. Suffice to say it wasn’t long enough!!The house is amazing and Debbie was Johnny on the spot with her responses. We lived the fact that it was nestled back in the woods right on the river. Debbie has thought of everything you might need for your stay and supplied it abundantly. To say she has gone above and beyond to make your stay awesome is an understatement. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place, everyone was able to have their own bedroom and private bathroom with plenty of gathering space.

Our stay was great. The area is amazing amd Debbie was super helpful! We accidentally locked ourselves out and she was able to come and rescue us! This location is quiet and disconnected which was just what we needed!

This was the best appointed VRBO that we have stayed at in years. There was plenty of room for people to spread out, but also big enough kitchen/ dining/ living area to accommodate all of us in one general area. We had a great time, the views were great and I would love to return in warmer weather to see the river. weather

Choyia is the perfect location for family or friends gatherings. It is exactly as advertised and even better. Debbie is an amazing hostess who greatly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this VRBO location. We plan to return as often as possible.

The house was just as described. You will never find a more well stocked vacation home. Things we brought were already there so we just shared and left some things that we had brought. The owner answered all questions in an extremely fast response. If there was one negative it would be how rural the home was to attractions that we planned daily. That however was to no fault of the owner. We truly enjoyed the home and it was very accommodating for 14 adults and 2 children.

This property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space and you can’t beat the location. The river was too low to float which was our plan but we caught plenty of fish just down from the house. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks for the great weekend.
