Stayed Apr 19, 2024The back patio was a cozy place to sit by the fire pit and enjoy the river view. There’s also a fun rooftop deck too! A very clean and inviting decor that makes it feel cozy. A great experience and would highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026This was a fun and cool place to stay for a couple nights while exploring Eureka Springs. The kitchen facilities are spare but adequate with a 2 burner cook top (no oven). The place is compact but the pictures accurately show the conditions and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit is nicely furnished and decorated. We were a little surprised at how close the unit is to the highway and we had the misfortune to have booked our time during Eureka Springs' Spring Fling which brought lots and lots of loud motorcycles to town.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025My husband and i really enjoyed our getaway to this property. It was quite windy when we stayed so we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio like we hoped. It was nice being right off the road for easy access to the highway. It's perfectly located between eureka and berryville and about 2mi from river access to the kings river. The host was great about answering our questions and was very accommodating!

Stayed Nov 2, 2024The exterior photos do not do this place justice. Super clean and very comfortable for my wife and I. The morning views of the river valley and the distant mountains are incredible! Highly recommend this, close to Berryville and Eureka but out of town country feel.
