There’s something for everyone at this three-level home! Located within the gated community of Bella Vista, this five-bedroom home is just 30 minutes from Corpus Christi but feels a world away. You’ll have 18 miles of pristine Mustang Island beaches close by, along with easy access to the town of Port Aransas, just aneight-mile drive to the north. If you want to stay close to home, visit the oasis-like community pool and hot tub to work on your tan. But first, coffee – start the day on one of two spacious decks, enjoying the sunrise and planning for the day.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept space with bright pops of beachy color and decor everywhere, enhancing that vacation vibe. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with a blender, toaster, crockpot, coffeemaker, and full suite of stainless steel appliances. Everyone can dine together at the large window-front table, and then head out to explore.

When you return, relax at home in the central air conditioning. The kids will love the air hockey game upstairs, and the adults will love relaxing back out on the deck with a view of the pond. More entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi and five TVs equipped with Roku and YouTube TV, so everyone can find something to suit them. The end of the night calls for snuggling up on the sofa to stream a favorite movie, and then drifting off to bed. -

*Ground level bedroom is separate from the (Second and third level) main home and common areas, i.e., living room, kitchen, dining area, Master bedroom, Master bathroom, and half bath on second level. An additional three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third level.Kid-friendly extras include a mini crib, high chair, baby gates, and beach toys.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
