Large Home on Quiet Street Steps from Sunny Cove Beach, Private Pickleball Court

House was clean, family friendly, plenty of room for the 15 of us

Our stay was wonderful! The property is gorgeous and the rooms were spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee pot, pots and pans, etc. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy and relax. Just steps away from the beach and 12 minutes to downtown Capitola. The host was responsive and very accommodating which eased a lot of worry. Im excited to stay here again.

This home is beautiful. Perfect for my family. Rooms are spaced so no one feels like they're on top of the other. Multiple spaces for intimate or larger family gatherings. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying fresh air and views. We will come again.

Absolutely Perfect House!Over the years we have stayed at dozens of VRBO homes, and this house is certainly among the top three. Extremely clean, great beds and linens, kitchen is very well stocked, and there are activities galore for the kids (and adults). The bedroom/bathroom layout offers lots of privacy and there are quiet areas that are perfect for reading (or a nap). The location is great. Short block to the beach but traffic drops off to almost zero after dark so it is quiet. Everything you need is within a ten-minute drive. And to top things off, the manager is super easy to work with and exceptionally nice. Highly recommend this property.

This is our second time of staying at the home for a week for a family birthday celebration. The house is absolutely perfect! The two downstairs TV/pool rooms were great for kids, the wetsuits were utilized almost every day, and the deck we enjoyed from waking in the morning until bedtime. The house has been remodeled between our visits, and it is top notch. We are already talking about renting it again in 5 years.

The property was perfect for our large family! Rooms to gather and relax and the outdoor spaces were all comfortable and very accommodating for everyone, all ages! And the views and convenience to the beach and local restaurants was all within walking distance, even for our littlest!

Lovey as always. This was our 5th stay at this property and we can’t wait to go back. Location is beautiful, view of ocean from the deck. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing, great time in Amber's beautiful home! The space was perfect for our family. There were 12 of total, 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of rooms and spaces for all of us to spread out, but still all hang out, play games and be together. We loved the pickleball court. We had a great Easter egg hunt for the kids. Walked to the beach and farmers market. We do this every year with our family and we all agreed this had been one of the best.

The Sunny Cove beach house is an amazing property close to the ocean and fully equipped with all you will need for a fun getaway. Our host was responsive and helpful. Our family of 13 adults and one child played pickle ball, enjoyed the beach, and cooked/grilled huge meals in the spacious kitchen. We highly recommend this property for family gatherings.

Unique property. So fun and such great options between the beach, game room and pickle ball. Bright, sunny spaces and lots of ways for a group to spread out. Restful neighborhood with plenty of walkable coffee and food.

This house was the perfect place for my family and relatives - the location is great, walking distance to the water/beach, kitchen is well stocked with baking/cooking utensils/pans/gadgets, the deck is a great area to bbq and have dinner or just hang out, there are plenty of places to lounge - inside and out. The bunk room is perfect for teens/kids. The pickle ball court is an added bonus, we used the court everyday. This place is perfect! Do not hesitate to book this house. And the owners are great with getting back to you on any questions before and after you book. We will definitely be back!

We had three couples, a single male, single female, all adults in the house +5 more who were also with us for food and visiting. Could not quite sleep everyone. We like to cook and eat together and this house was Wonderful.

The house was very well equipped. Amber has done a great job! Our family loved playing pickle ball! It was great to not have to purchase beach chairs or any boards thank you for letting us use them. We will definitely stay here again!!

We were14 persons: 10 adult, 1 teenager and 3 children, three generatons. It felt like the home was built for us. We had enough bedrooms and baths with sufficient privacy, and wonderful shared space for dining togehter, gathering in the family rooms or on the deck. Pool, pingong, pickleball and 2 large screen TVs were icing on the cake. The towels, wet suits, sand toys, and beach chairs, made if perfect for going to the two neighboring beahes. The kitchen has many and perfect supplies. We had absolutely no issies and no surprises but the commniication from Amber was responsive and timely. looking forward to returning Amber, Thank You

Fantastic stay in SC! Amber gave us the whole rundown before arriving and let us check in early and leave late. Would recommend this home to anyone. Steps from the beach 10/10!
