Stayed Oct 25, 2023Great communication. Perfect house which suited all ages from 3yrs to 70yrs old. The swimming pool and pool table were a hit with the kids and adults! Beach is a 3 min walk. We made lovely memories and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Stayed Oct 21, 2023Beautiful property topped off with everything you could need to entertain a large family in the middle of Autumn. We specifically chose the spec of the property to have good entertainment on site as we weren't too sure what the weather was going to be like. I can imagine summer here would be amazing as you'd be able to enjoy the garden and use the bbq grill. Would definitely recommend this as a place to visit and stay.

Stayed Apr 10, 2023Lovely big house with plenty of communal space inside plus good sized garden, indoor pool and games room. Just a short walk to the local shop and beach it's ideal for a large family gathering and also for kids and the dogs - We were 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a couple of small 'issues' - pool temperature/drain blockage/strange smell in one of the rooms - bu the owners, despite being out of the country at the time, were very responsive, apologetic, and got the issues sorted quickly. I would recommend highly. Great place to relax and felt like home - was a shame to leave after our week.

Stayed Mar 16, 2023Suited all our needs. Amazing place. Pool and game room were a major plus. Manager took care of all our needs and was prompt with replys. If you stay here just note that you will want to bring the basic staples such as salt/pepper, cling film, laundry pods and some extra bin bags. The kithcen is exceptionally stocked with cookware, and serving ware and they have an amazing grill outside and the Bacton store nearby is small but stocked with everything you need for cooking your own meals. We will certainly be back.

Stayed Feb 13, 2023We were a party of 12 and spent 5 nights at Danecote and celebrated 2 birthdays. The house was perfect and well equipped, catering for all our needs. The kids loved the swimming pool, we all did and the separate games room provided a space for the lads to play pool uninterrupted. Danecote was 2 mins from the glorious, sandy beach.
