Large Cozy Home

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! We had a lot of fun playing foosball and pool. Would highly recomend staying here. Thank you.

Communication from the time of booking the home was great. Communication during our stay was great as well. The home was clean and comfortable and fit our family of 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly.

The house was perfect for us! clean and cozy, loved the layout! perfect for us adults to relax and our teenage boys to enjoy pool, foosball and the hot tub! would definitely come back again!

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard and the games in the basement. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog.

Nice stay, house is in need of some minor attention to detail for interior maintenance, but nothing that makes your stay less comfortable. Bedroom door did not latch and therefore couldn’t be locked.

The house is large with three levels, so is great for groups. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was easy to work in with adequate utensils and equipment. While the neighborhood is older, the location was very convenient and close to anything you may need. We would happily stay there again.

The house was really nice and spacious and accommodated my group perfectly. The renter could have been more responsive and actually answered our questions about things during our stay like how to use the hot tub.Overall a great stay but there were multiple spiders in the basement and outside on the balcony that were big and looked like they were tenants there as well.

This house was amazing! The neighborhood is a little concerning due to the number of car lots in the area but the house made up for it! We felt safe and the hot tub outside was delightful. The kitchen is large and accommodating for several people cooking and eating together and the number of bedrooms was perfect for multiple families. The house was also very clean and cozy with all the extra sheets, towels, and kitchen necessities you would need, including food to make a quick pasta meal if you check in late!

The house was nice and the host communicated well. It worked great as a hang out and home base to explore the gorge and Portland. The fourth bedroom which is the fold out couch in the game room was very uncomfortable though. Also, the temperature really varied by floor. The main floor was great, downstairs was freezing and upstairs was really warm.

Property was nice and spacious and clean. Dishwasher did not work, refrigerator did not keep items cold only cool. Hot tub did not have proper amounts of chemicals in it and was not easy to use with the cover. We would have started laundry (as requested) if a note card was posted w/directions for machines. It would have been nice to have a couple more chairs to sit outside either up on the balcony or the front porch. Also, would have pushed out garbage if I knew what day garbage was.

A group of us girls came here for a birthday celebration. It was fantastic! We stayed for just one night, but we were able to relax in the hot tub and play a couple of games while telling stories. We'll have to do more next time so we can play some pool and fooseball in the basement! The house could accommodate all of us comfortably at the dinning table, in the living room, and to sleep in. Everything was clean and easily accessible to places if needed. The owners are easy to get a hold of and communicate in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying here to relax and have some fun. We stayed here on an family Oregon vacation. The house is great!. Very comfortable. We had 9 people and there was room for all. The kids loved sleeping downstairs in their own little place with the pool table. We plan on staying here again in the fall on another trip up to Oregon.

The home was spotless and perfectly met our needs. Plenty of space for everyone.

Family from two States flew in to see mmy daughter graduate law school at Lewis and Clark.the house accomadated myself, my son his wife their 3 year old, my brother and his wife, my sister in law and her husband vey comfortably. The home owner gave us prmission to hold a small celebration Saturday night for her. Wonderful time. Loved the game room and hot tub. permission to hold a celebration

House was fine - but you don’t want to stay here without a car - we came in for a graduation - didn’t realize distance to downtown - and limited public transportation.

This home was very nice and comfortable. The location wasn’t in the best area but is very close to everything you may need. One of the selling points to renting this home was it having a pool table. The table was very unsturdy and wobbled every time you touched it. So playing was not an option. It was very quiet and I was able to enjoy the hot tub and relax. The owner or manager contacted me to let me know I left my dog bed and was nice enough to meet me soon after to get it. Other than being accused by the cleaning lady that I took 2 towels (which I didn’t) it was a very nice stay and I would recommend it.

Our stay was very short but great and i would definitely rebook ! just a downside the house is on a dead end neighborhood.

The house was great, very roomy and comfortable, nice kitchen, loved the hot tub.

The house was very clean with lots of towels for us. Driving to the house after dark the night we checked in it seemed the neighborhood was a little rough but we never felt unsafe. It was a quiet neighborhood even though there were people out and about walking. The only issues we had was it would have been nice to know that all the bedrooms are upstairs. We had my elderly Mom who is not able to do many stairs and she had to sleep on the couch. It was doable but would have been nice to know in advance and a railing for the porch steps for her would have been nice too.The only other issue we had was there was a charge of 26 per person of anyone over 4 people. I did message the host about this and it was explained to me bi that was after I had paid and looked at the breakdown of the charges. I never saw that listed anywhere while looking at the charges before hand. I was not fond of the extra charge since the listing said it sleeps more than what we even had staying there. I have never experienced this kind of charge in any other places we’ve stayed at.

This house was exactly what was listed. Very clean & beautiful. The owner was friendly to communicate with. They gave all necessary info before the stay. The hot tub was even ready for us, no waiting! Perfect staycation!!

This VRBO is a great property that is well maintained and has a very comfortable floor plan. Location is near 82nd and Foster, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Don't look at Google maps. This place has been flipped and is awesome!! There was more than enough room for our families and a 2 year old. The place was nicely decorated, easy to relax and the hot tub a super bonus. The neighborhood is just off 82nd Ave so easy to get to many shopping and eating places. The owner kept the place well stocked with paper products and provided plenty of cleaning supplies. When asked the family said they would return here again. Thanks for offering such an awesome place.

Enjoyed my stay, the pool table was missing the 10 ball, not a big deal and that’s the only thing that wasn’t perfect.

Check in was easy and home was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the large hot tub and cooked meals together. Nice selection of herbs and kitchen stuffs. Fun games at this house, although the pool table definitely was not level, and i would consider this a 3 bedroom home with a pull out in a game room. In no way does this house sleep 10 comfortably. We all had fun and would stay here again. Many thanks!!!

We enjoyed staying at Igor’s house. It is spacious and well appointed. We especially appreciated the plentiful clean towels. The house is located on a quiet street, but is only 5 minutes to the highway. We explored some sites in Portland, Oregon City, and Lake Oswego. All were within 20 minutes of this location.

Very nice property. It handled our large group well
