Vaulted ceiling in the living room with a fireplace and fine detailed moldings everywhere, beautiful hardwood floor throughout the house. 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs & 2 downstairs), 2 baths (1 on each level), large eat-in kitchen with upscale appliances, granite counter-top, marble floor, spacious living room with recliners and many comfortable chairs, plus family room and a largewet bar on the first floor, large deck and back yard with a grill and a 8-seat table and chairs, partial view of downtown, Golden Gate Park and Twin peaks.

TV in the living room, family room and the kitchen, work desk in every bedroom, sonic fiber gigabit internet Wifi available everywhere in the house, LG washer & dryer in the garage, one car garage and driveway for 2nd car, and plenty of street parking. Parking availability is much better than most part of San Francisco.

The house is in a true San Franciscan local residential neighborhood with mostly single family homes. The area is beautiful, safe, quiet but convenient to everything. We're a stones throw away from Golden Gate Park and a light jog away from Ocean Beach. Easy walk to Safeway grocery store in 2 blocks, plenty restaurants and shops along Noriega street and Irving street all within walking distance. 3 blocks away from neighborhood park with basketball and tennis courts. For public transit, we are 3 blocks away from the N-Judah muni line, many bus routes, and a 15 minute drive from Bart. All these options can take you straight downtown, UCSF, and Cal train connections.

We loved our visit to San Francisco. Staying at Julie’s house was very accommodating to our needs. Very close to grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Golden Gate Park is just down the street. Julie’s communication is great and we can’t wait to come back.

House was great fro price. Enough rooms to comfortable house our field crew. Great location. Only negative is the parking, drive way will accommodate a small to midsize car, anything larger (truck, Van) will have to park somewhere along the road side. Over all great experience! Thanks Julie, we will be back.
