Lakeside & Pool Near All The Fun

The house was exactly as described and in a great location! Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful views of the lake with many birds to watch while relaxing by the pool. Cormorants, egrets, herons, hummingbirds, and rosy faced lovebirds.

Family stayed for a college graduation. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the family area inside.

The house was exactly as described. Super clean, great location and communication with the owners could not be easier. Letting me choose the door code was over the top. The outdoor space is very nice. Came in handy after golfing all day. The house is super close to everything! I would absolutely stay at this house again if available!!

Our stay in this house was wonderful. Nice amenities, comfortable, and good location. Amenities included very large TVs with Roku, updated bathrooms, and even 2 different coffee makers in the kitchen! The location was great for us. We were within 10 minutes drive of everything we needed to do. Only issue at all was a loose bannister on the stairs leading up to the top floor that should be addressed. Overall, everything was exceptional. Best of all, the owners were very quick to follow-up and accommodating of our requests. Just great to work with. When coming back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again, without hesitation. Thank you.

Great location, close proximity to Peoria sports complex and many other amenities. Hosts were very kind and made us feel welcomed. We had 4 adults and 1 teen and the size was comfortable for us. Beautiful backyard, nice quiet neighborhood.

We loved this home. The backyard was nice, bedrooms and beds comfortable. Great location to restaurants, stores and Spring Training. Ceiling fans were great for moving air and keeping us cool.Brenda was easy to contact and work with. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and clean. The pool was refreshing and appreciated all of the pool toys for our use. The host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We went to Phoenix for several baseball games and wanted a place that we could come back to, rest, cook and enjoy ourselves. THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT! The boys enjoyed unwinding in the pool and there was plenty of room for them to spread out in the evenings to have their privacy when needed. The managers were AWESOME! We didn’t need anything while we were there, but contacted them several times before our stay and they were quick to respond. We will for sure book this house again the next time we are baseballing in Phoenix!

Perfect space for our family!

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. My partner and I felt spoiled by the beautiful master suite and bathroom. We were in from out of town and we felt like we were home as far as location to amenities and events, and comfort. and we felt like we were on vacation with backyard pool, beautiful views and spacious living areas. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great! Brenda is a wonderful and attentive host. When we had questions or request she was quick to reply.
