Lakeside Home, New Pool, Carriage House, level & private, 6 BR, 120' frontage!

Great layout for large, extended family. Host was very communicative. Would be fabulous in the summer.

This is a great property! Its location is peaceful and there is so much to do in the area that no one could be at a loss for activities. The large living and dining area accommodated our group of 12 easily. Perfect week!

We had an awesome stay and what a great location. This was the best equipped house that we've ever rented! It was so nice to sit in the pool or hot tub and look at the lake.

We fit 16 people comfortably at this house. 4 bathrooms, a completely stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs, more than enough seating throughout the house and grounds, and a wonderful pool. Everyone enjoyed access to the lake with the kayaks. The views of Canandaigua Lake and the sun rising each morning were spectacular. Alan was an easy and communicative host and we were so thankful for the abundance of beach and bath towels. This property is well worth a stay.

This home accommodated our family very well. We have a large crew. & it provided us with enough bedrooms & baths that everyone had a place to sleep. The kitchen & eating area also provided plenty of room & the kitchen was well stocked & supplied with the necessary items for cooking. It was clean, well stocked with many amenities that served our family well. The swimming pool & hot tub were a hit with all ages. We enjoyed ourselves & highly recommend this house.

We had wonderful time at this lakefront property. It had everything you could need and then some. The inground pool, hot tub and lake covered all the bases. We will definitely be booking this again next summer!

This property was great!

We were looking for a wheelchair accessible location that would accommodate my husband and me along with our adult children/spouses. This proved to be an exercise in frustration until we came across this property. Our host, Alan was quite helpful in answering very specific questions about accessibility and even offered to provide a ramp for the one step onto the deck. No place is perfect but this house was about as close as you can get. My husband was able to maneuver around the house and outside paved areas independently. The view was spectacular (we were there for the once every 18.6 years Strawberry Moon!). We enjoyed swimming, hot tubbing, kayaking and just sitting watching the duck and geese families swim by. Complete relaxation! There were several grocery stores (Wegmans, Tops, Aldis) within 10 minutes which was a bonus. We rented a pontoon boat one afternoon, hiked and visited a winery. But mostly we enjoyed being with each on the property. Our week exceeded our expectations.

This property was perfect for our extended family gathering. This one level house fit the accessibility needs of some and the pool was great for the young. The open floor plan created an excellent place to congregate, eat, drink and play game as a group. The carriage house offered an auxiliary space to have smaller groups retreat to in a quieter setting.

This property checks all the boxes--tons of space, beautiful grounds, amazing views, extremely clean and all the amenities you need and then some to have a relaxing stay with friends and family. We especially loved the location that was close to Wegman's, the Lake House, downtown Canandaigua and other paces along Lakeshore. The location is also great for brewery and wine tours in the other Finger Lakes. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

Fantastic place to make memories. Spacious, well appointed kitchen, attractive quality furnishings (beds are a little firm). Beautiful new pool, wonderful large yard to enjoy the view or play lawn games, nice dock, great outdoor furniture with plenty of chairs. Big dining room table with tons of extra seating. Layout makes it somehow open enough for it to be easy to all be together, but also easy to find a quiet spot for alone time.we brought extra towels but didn’t need them. My king bed had a queen top sheet, so bring those if you like.Pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s even nicer in person. Especially the yard and view.

We had a family reunion and celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary. Our grand kids had the time of their lives. They bounced from the pool,to the hot tub, and tubing on a boat we rented. The owner was available for any concerns we had and the property was clean, easy to gather in, and they even provided body soap for the shower. That is the kind of attention we received during our stay. We had a blast!

Great location for paddling, boating/fishing, proximity to town and pier! Lots of wildlife to see including baby ducks, deer, and a mink! The pool is a great addition. The house/carriage house are well laid out to accommodate large groups with spacious bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time at this property! We had 6 adults and 5 kids and it never felt crowded. Property was clean and provided bath towels, beach towels and sheets. Great location, close to town and restaurants. The property is on a very quiet road so felt very safe with the kids and dog running around. Thank you for a great week!

This property is in excellent condition, extremely well equipped and conviently located. The property manager is close by, very hands-on, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely house, nice clean accommodations, ample room for large family. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Great time kayaking in the lake.
