Stayed May 28, 2026Our experience with Mighty Tree was top-notch! The Savannah property was above and beyond anything we could have imagined for our family of 16, which was celebrating a college graduation in Savannah. The pictures and floor plan were great, but walking into the home, you could not imagine how much better it was in person! It was beyond spacious, well-appointed, creatively and thoughtfully decorated, comfortable and full of entertainment. At one point, all of us were in the game room, some watching basketball, others playing air hockey, skee-ball, video games or just hanging out. We used every amenity on the property (with the exception of the dry sauna - it's summer, so, no thank you)! The management company checked on us throughout the stay, and when something came up that was out of their control, they had it fixed within a few hours...on the weekend no less. I would not hesitate to book with Mighty Tree Properties again in the future. It was obvious that they truly want their guests to have the best experience possible. Thank you for giving us such unforgettable memories!

Stayed May 25, 2026We live nearby. Our home is undergoing renovations and we had to leave for a few days. We wanted to be close to home. We found this house a week in advance. Our kids are 4 & 6, had just gotten out of school for the summer. This was the perfect place to kick off summer and take a much needed break from the construction we have been living in for several months. We were able to check-in a couple of hours sooner which was extremely helpful. It had everything we needed. We only used 2 bedrooms. We basically were paying for the amenities and it was worth it. We would definitely stay again-hopefully soon!

Stayed Apr 9, 2026House was perfect for adults and children of all ages! Great place for a large family!!! Only 10 minutes to the beach but certain times and days will have 20 minutes of traffic (as expected). Good food close and short drive. All-in-all a great stay and location.

Stayed Apr 2, 2026We had amazing stay with our family. Place was very clean and absolutely Beautiful. The team is very responsive and more than helpful. Could not have dreamed of anything better. Plenty to do for all ages with plenty of elbow room. It was very peaceful and serene. The have the kitchen full with every appliance and gadget imaginable. Coffee bar was an excellent touch. We made the most amazing memories of a lifetime with family members whom flew in from across the country. We will definitely book again and pass the word onto others!

Stayed Mar 10, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this uniquely designed home. The four 1st floor en-suites were perfect for our family. To enter, our older parents were able to use the stairs inside the garage that had handrails. It was very clean and beds extremely comfortable and low enough to get in and out comfortably. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The outside work was in progress (which was disclosed prior to booking but didn't bother us) and definitely will be a great place for groups to spend some quality time together once completed. No one will be bored at this home. It is located on flat quiet dead end street for some nice walks too. Grocery store and restaurants nearby and an easy drive to downtown Savannah. We highly recommend.
