This was an incredible place to relax and enjoy some time with my wife just doing nothing!

Well maintained private feeling with incredible sunrises

This property was incredible. The outdoor bar and jacuzzi were perfect and the house was fully stocked (kayaks, kitchen supplies, towels, grill equipment). We had planned some activities nearby but the lake house was so beautiful that we didn’t leave all weekend! Would love to book again next year! We did have some issues with the key code upon arrival but the property manager called immediately and resolved it. 10/10 customer service!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful Lakefront home for a few days. Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and clean. We were very comfortable as a family of four and have said we would love to book again and share it with another family. Our kids loved the movie room in the lower level and we loved all the different seating areas around the property. We watched the sunrise every morning from our bed and went on to have our morning coffee on the dock. The best part was that we could bring our little dog friend with us too!

This was a little peace of heaven for our family of 8. Large enough to have private spaces to read a book, hang out on the deck, patio, hot tub, dock…and large enough to commune for meals, games, and sunset viewings. We rented a pontoon boat which was easy to dock and come and go to restaurants etc. I definitely recommend this home for any group looking to enjoy lake life!

The lake house is a summer dream. The location is fantastic, easy to find. The house itself is perfect for large families. There are several areas that you can cozy up to in the day or night. The basement is absolutely fantastic with very comfortable movie like theater chairs, and a large screen TV. The outer patio has a hot tub, fire, pit, fireplace, and gourmet kitchen. We enjoyed every inch of the house and highly recommend this Beautiful lake home for families looking to relax and enjoy the Finger lakes.

We had a great time and the house has great potential. It's a beautiful home right on the water but could use a little TLC and more thorough cleaning. Hot tub and kayaks were enjoyed by all.

The house was great overall. I love the location and the space. We had a great time fishing off the dock and swimming. We were pleasantly surprised by the hot tub. The kayaks were great. The house felt comfortable and accommodated us all. Some of the house needs to be maintained. Part of the railing deck was broken (dangerous) and some of the entry decking wood was dipping a lot. The was a ramp with nails sticking out (dangerous) and the railing on the stairs looked lopsided. The window in the middle floor has a crack through it. The rooms in the basement and second floor were nicely cooled. The top floor was very warm. You should consider putting a split in there or fans in each room. Also consider blackout curtains or blinds, as I kept waking up at 6am due to the light. The arrival/departure instructions were clear. I just wish there was an onsite document about the amenities (games, how to use hot tub, where to do laundry, how to avoid bugs getting into the house at night, etc.) to make the most out of the visit. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the space.

The house itself was really nice. There were a couple quirky issues that came up. The one bedroom had no airflow, nor air conditioning or ceiling fan so it was hard to sleep with it being very warm. The other two bedrooms were fine. When we got here, there was no fire pit, a hot tube was there but it wasn’t ready for use. The freezer door was stuck so we couldn’t use it. Loved being on the water, great views and plenty of space indoor and out.
