I loved the quality of the furnishings! Being on the lake is a bonus for sure. Sound machines would have been nice as there is some road noise. Despite not having one we were just fine. The only minor setback was not having hot water or gas for the first few hours, but I texted the Cinnamon Shore number, and they promptly sent someone to fix the issue.I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart since you use it to get everywhere. We used it to go to the beach, the pools, and Cinnamon Shore North.The house had everything you could think of. Our favorite part was waking up early with our babies and sipping coffee on both the back and front porches.

The house is beautiful and it is nice to look out the back door to the serene lake. The architecture of the surrounding houses is beautiful as well. Very peaceful way to start the day. The house is very well equipped and when the Keurig wouldn’t work, a new one was quickly delivered. The sleeping areas are very comfortable with luxurious bedding. The bedding is beautiful but a tad warm for summer in Texas. The house is welcoming and so comfortable. Very thoughtful layout for the house and maximizing sleeping options for more guests. I would definitely recommend a golf cart. It makes trips to North, the beach, and all the amenities so much more convenient. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for one day which was very nice - only wish they would be left out a bit longer. We tend to spend the second part of the day at the beach so 5:30 pickup came quickly. It was nice to have options of drink and food delivery at the beach as well. The pizza at Dylan’s was loved by all. This place has lots to offer for all ages and is very nicely done. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us. We will be back!

The outdoor areas were really great and add space for everyone to spread out. Would definitely Italy stay at Mollie Sunshine again.

The property was lacking a few things that we felt were needed-hooks in the bathrooms,serving platters and bowls,the w/d is very small for this size home. We preferred the Aromatherapy soaps from before and not the new brand as they did not suds up well. Lake views were great and usage of the boardwalk was a plus. Can't wait for our next trip!
