Lake View Luxury Castle Retreat

The host was wonderful to work with, attentive when reached out to. The home is beautiful, tons of amenities. Spa, pool, pontoon boat and gorgeous views!

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean, featured a nice view, and was wonderfully quiet. With eight bedrooms (yes, eight!), it’s perfect for large groups. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, and having a pontoon boat right in the backyard added to the fun. My only minor issues were the hot tub switch, which flopped around without heating properly, and a brief hiccup with an expired credit card payment. Despite these small concerns, I’d highly recommend this place—especially for big families or groups looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

We had 8 golfers and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom. The house was very clean and in a good location. Pontoon boat was a bonus. Great communication with the owner. Answered my questions by text or email. Overall, an excellent experience!!!!

Hours before we could check in the stay was canceled by the owner.I learned that via the VRBO app.No call, no text from the owner! I tried to contact the owner, their mailbox was full, sent messages- no reply!We were a larger group of people from Germany, Chicago, Massachusetts, Arizona and needed a new place the same day.With exceptional help from VRBO Help center we found something even better!Don’t get me wrong - I visited the place prior to our trip, I spoke to the owner. The place itself is beautiful! It would have met all our needs but the same day cancellation for what ever reason without contacting me was unacceptable!

I hate posting negative reviews but Im going tonshare all my thoughts in case it helps someone else. We had 13 family members at the property for a long weekend ages 3-57. There was a nice supply of paper products and coffee supplies. The bedroom locations worked well for us. The kitchen has the basics but not a lot of flatware.There were some sticky spots on the entry area tile when we arrived. The garage and patio areas could use a good rinsing off. The beds weren't very comfortable, but the bedding was nice. The pool and hot tub were nice but instructions for the hot tub would have been helpful. Having access to the boat was a nice perk but we weren't at the house a lot and didn't get to use it much. We did find a pretty large piece of glass in the living room throw rug. The downstairs master shower is small and the shower head is stuck on one mode. As a short person I wasn't able to be in the spray without my head under it as there really weren't any adjustment options with the size of the shower. It wasn't really an issue for us but could be for someone else. The only places we could all hang out as a group was the kitchen/dining area or outside. We would only stay again if the beds were updated.

Beautiful backyard and pool area. The pontoon was nice to have around. We took late afternoon rides around the water way. Beautiful homes in that area.

Absolutely stunning, house has many amazing features to accommodate a large group. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi makes this home feel like a resort. Kitchen is large and spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and accommodating. Pontoon is an added bonus. All of us enjoyed our stay, this home is located within 6 minutes of a lot of great restaurants and shopping centers.

Property was great! We had a boys' golf trip to Arizona and it was nice that everyone got their own bed to sleep in. Lots of golf courses nearby too! We had a great time. Thank you to the hosts!

The house was amazing. Huge and well maintained. We loved getting up and making group breakfast, then lounging by the pool or relaxing on the couch. Mike and Dora were great communicators and the House Rules were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. A++
