Lake Travis Waterfront Home - 4 Bed, 2 Bath, spectacular views, & private dock

The location has a nice view. Kitchen includes everything you need. Great communication with owners. Overall the experience was great. Owners allow flexibility in check in and check out if possible. Great experience, will be coming back.

House was unsafe for us we did not stay the steps and railings were unsafe. The house had a musty smell. We had small children, and it was two unsafe to stay. Vrbo has not taken care of the problem. The property owner tried to immediately give us another location and give us a refund. I don’t think we’re the only ones that had problems at this location

Everything was good just a lot of spider webs in the house, not very clean

We enjoyed the funky lake house. The kitchen was stocked for our needs. Good communication with the host when we needed a few things. Could use a more detailed cleaning, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Pulled out the hide-a-bed for use, but it wasn't clean, so we didn't use it. Nice view and good location for our trip.

We had a great stay overall. The home was very clean, well organized, and exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions, which made everything smooth from arrival to check-out.

View and lake were amazing !! Watch out for poison ivy on walkways, perfect mix of outdoor activities and comforts of modern life

The pictures were old and didn’t reflect on the current conditions. One kayak had a bee or rasp nest in it so we didn’t use it and the other one had tape on it and water in it. The stairs at the bottom were extremely steep and hard to navigate without a railing. The water machine in the house for hot and cold water had an empty water bottle on it, so we bought our own water. And the tub looked like it would have jets didn’t have any, it was a regular tub. The master bedroom was described as being on the main floor but it was upstairs with the rest of them. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for our 4 day stay with six people, so we bought toilet paper and paper towels because there was only one roll of paper towels too. We were disappointed but made the best of it.

Parking was extremely difficult. Upper driveway way inaccessible. Lower driveway required multiple stairways that didn’t have rails to access house so carrying in everything was exhausting. House was dirty and had roaches. Property appeared unkept. Left after first night because there was no water.

This property was great. The owners were very responsive with communication and early check in. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable.The views were extraordinary, and it was a great place to walk around and explore.There are stores and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.A few comments about the cleanliness: It would have been helpful to have more than one roll of toilet paper for 5 adults staying for Monday-Friday. The coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds. We did need to vacuum the downstairs area rugs and mop the tile floor.These were perhaps just oversights. We are happy to submit photos to the owners if they are interested.

Just what the family needed....Lakefront fun in the sun, we loved the kayaks and boat dock. Our ausitinite friends came over on their boat for dinner. The home was perfect size for our family...we will book again next time we are in town!

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The property is located on a hilltop with beautiful views, and each room had excellent cold air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the Texas heat.A couple of things to note: the gravel road and driveway can be a bit rough if you're driving a low-clearance vehicle—an SUV handles it much better. Also, if you park on the lower driveway, be prepared for a lot of stairs to reach the house. It’s manageable, but something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern.Overall, it’s a peaceful and well-equipped home, perfect for a relaxing getaway near Lake Travis.

Great little hidden away place! Hosts are awesome and quick to answer! Kids had a blast! The dock and kayaks came in handy— kids were on the lake all weekend. Plenty of space, kitchen had all we needed and very clean overall! Thanks again! Hope to be back in the future!

The bugs, spiders and scorpion etc. in the house was bad. Didn't like the driveway. To hard to get in and out of driveway. I loved the lighting around the house. The stairs was a little rocky. The lamp in the bedroom upstairs to the right of the bathroom. Next to the window would not stay on. Same bedroom the ceiling fan light the sting came off. It's on the dresser. I loved the atmosphere. Remember me of being at my own house. Thank you for letting me and my family stay at your resident.

Everything about my stay here was perfect it was close to lake and not to far from downtown I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Had a very nice time at the house. The house was clean, well supplied and the hosts very responsive to any questions. The patio areas and the views were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We filmed footage for a short film and the variety of options for the set was perfect!

Not impressed for money spent for week end get away. My family traveled 7 hours to get to lake travis.Much disappointed

Great views of the valley. Dining table big enough for a family card game. Lots of stairs did not deter our hiking.

This is a wonderful gem just outside of Austin. Corie and Bill are one of the best hosts that i have had a pleasure of dealing with. The description of the property was 100% to what you are getting and then some. It felt like being at a home away from home. Hope they continue to maintain the quality of their property and that other guests don't ruin it for the rest of us. Nice job guys! P.S. Top side parking is tricky and best to back into it. Service dirt road is easier, but more stairs.😅
