Lake Superior - Gorgeous views from waterfront home in Marquette

Overall a good stay. Beautiful views. Beds are comfortable. Sectional couch was comfy & big enough for us all to Beach is just steps down & is nice to walk up and down to skip rocks and relax. Kitchen is stocked. Everything works.A hiccup in the plans, which is my own doing - Somehow I missed the “no ac” in the listing before I booked, which I wish I had paid attention to. It’s probably not a big deal most of the months in the year, but it was quite hot this week.

Excellent location with a beautiful view. Host was easy to work with and would stay again.

The view was amazing. The first day we got there It was warm enough that we could sit outside and have our meal. It’s centrally located to explore the area.

This was a lovely little getaway on the beach. It needs a bit of updating, cleaning, and privacy and it'll be 5 stars.Nina was very helpful during checkin and during our stay and answering most questions and concerns. Definitely on top of it.We got bit by spiders a couple of times during our stay, the house has a musty smell, and we were asked to turn off lights in the middle of our stay via text, which was off-putting a little bit.But overall, I definitely recommend this place for a quick beach getaway for adults.

There isn't a better view in Marquette, or a warmer or more hospitable host. As a Yooper who moved away, this took me back to simpler times (though the place has great ameninities).We spent our evenings watching the light flash from Granite Island Lighthouse. We were sad to leave what truly felt like home to us, but we'll be back.Thanks to the host for making this exclusive location available.

Nina was a wonderful host and very friendly. The house is spacious and offers incredible views, and outdoor enjoyment. Having Nina close by is helpful if needed.We had an excellent time and will come back.

Was in the area for a wedding with my family. Great location and easy to get to downtown Marquette. Host had great communication and all the neighbors were very welcoming to me and my family. Highly recommend this property, amazing view from the deck!

Property is true to the description. Plenty of space for two families with small kids, back yard beach access, walking distance to Presque Isle Park—we feel lucky to have snagged this spot!

We loved the location on Lake Superior. It was gorgeous. We were comfortable and happy with the location. A second bathroom attached to the laundry was in the basement which was a surprise. There were multiple spiders in the basement shower which made it unusable. The home did not have air conditioning and we had two hots days which made it uncomfortable. The property owner included fans. The stairs to the beach front were flagstone rocks as stepping stones. Some of the rocks were off kilter making it difficult to traverse. The property owner offered the use of the next door property stairs which was inconvenient and felt intrusive to their space.The kitchen had just enough dishes for one meal. Could have used extra dishes and serving bowls. No saucepans.

Spacious, well appointed home with a spectacular view and location. Hosts are terrific- very attentive! So close to beautiful walking trails and park.

Amazing location and accommodations. Strongly recommend you crack the sliding glass door in the master suite and fall asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves. Will absolutely be returning next year.
