Brand new build beautiful lake home. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, open kitchen and living room floor plan for easy gatherings, fully covered patio with gas fireplace and private woods view. Master bedroom features king size bed with private bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen. The loft is provided with two full sized bunk beds and a queen size fold out mattress stored in the closet for extra guests. There are private hiking trails in the community along

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Spent the 4th with family from Utah. They were overly impressed with the house and made their vacation so relaxing and enjoyable since they were not use to the Tennessee humidity. Matthew was always johnny on the spot when we had any issue. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a great stay at the house! It was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group to spread out. It’s very well stocked with good appliances and everything you need. I appreciated the extra trash bags and cleaning supplies! Owner was quick to help us if we needed it!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We loved the home. House has everything you need. Fully stocked. Very clean. Enjoyed the back porch for coffee in the am or sitting out there reading. Loved the golf cart. Rented boat at Holiday Landing. Hiked to several waterfalls. Matthew is a superb host !!! Very kind and puts a lot of thought into what his guests need. Highly recommend!!!!!!
