We loved our stay here! The house felt brand new- just as gorgeous as the photos. The host was very responsive to our texts asking about some lights that didn’t work- offered to come right away but we declined as were having family time. It wasn’t a big deal. Nice touches like a hair drier and curling iron in each bathroom and some nice bath products- a step above most rentals. Lots of games, huge TV, pretty outside area and it includes the little cart which was so helpful when going to the marina. Only reason it wasn’t 5 star for us: lack of any BBQ tools at all- great grill but difficult to flip the burgers and turn the corn without getting burned or melting the plastic ware. Also no wine opener to go with the fabulous wine fridge! It was too late to go buy one so it took us about 20 minutes to creatively and safely get the cork out. Little details that didn’t wreck the trip but missed in such a high end and lovely rental. Last thing was absolutely no wiggle room on the late check out when we asked for a few hours. He offered stay until 5pm and pay 100 or nothing because his cleaners charge if they have to come later. We had family from 3 cities and 2 states so it was kind of a bummer to have to go plan things away from the house when we all had the full day to be together. Every place we have rented has always granted an hour or two with no charge if they are not rented the next day. It was a nice weekend though! Nice host.

The house is great and we will definitely stay there again! It is a quick ride on the golf cart to get to the marina. Perfect location.

We loved our time in the back porch relaxing in the comfortable chairs listening to the breeze blow through the treetops. The golf cart was a great addition for quick and easy access to The Blue Gill Grill. The entire home was clean and well decorated. Would highly recommend this property!

This property was amazing! We stayed for a weekend to close out our summer. The rental was super clean, had a ton of amenities, the owner was super helpful via text and in a great location. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer!!

Property was beautiful and love how close it was to the marina. The owner was very quick to respond to all of our questions. The Keurig coffee machine stopped working. The owner ordered one immediately and had it sent to the house for us to use.

From the time I booked it until the completion of my stay the property owner (Ted) was easy contact and respond to my messages in a timely manner. The house was well kept, spacious and was supplied with everything we needed to have a wonderful time. It had more enough sleeping space for the six family members I had with me on the trip. The outside of the rental had several sitting areas to relax, a fireplace, firepit and very nice grill setup. I would definitely recommend this rental property and will be using it in the future.

I booked this house, because we were coming to visit friends in Tullahoma & wanted a relaxing place to stay. This house was wonderful and unbeknownst to me our friends have their boat docked here at the marina. We enjoyed a fun day on the lake. The house was lovely & very clean. We spent a lot of out time on the back porch. Great stay!

This is a beautiful property. Everything is new and very well decorated. We were thrilled with the rental. The covered back deck backs up to a private wooded lot. It is super peaceful with very comfortable furniture, a ceiling fan, and a fireplace. The beds are all very comfortable and every room has a large flatscreen TV. Very nice and modern kitchen. There is a golf cart which takes you on a nice wooded path to a boat dock and full service marina. There is golf plenty of golf cart parking and a dock with boat slips and a pretty nice restaurant, the Blue Gill. The owner was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to check in. We are already talking about returning for another stay.

Stayed here while doing some work at the Jack Daniels bottling facility. Great place to come after work to relax and soak in the great views off the back porch. Ted was an excellent host and very fast to respond to any questions.
