Kristin was fabulous to work with! We had a huge family trip and this house was perfect for every need. Great spot on the lake, great room for cars and boats and perfect swimming spot for the kids. We had game nights and the kitchen was spacious enough for cooking and eating meals. The back deck was awesome in the evening for more seating during super. Plenty for the kids to do by the dock and at night with the games down stairs. All in all we had a fabulous weekend trip made a ton of family memories and this was the perfect spot to do it! We hope to be back next year!

The house was very clean and everything you needed. The kids enjoyed the water and they had everything we needed for that as well. There was plenty of parking and it was a nice area for a walk as well.

This is a spotlessly clean well stocked home with a host that is easy to communicate with. We loved the kitchen layout and the snacks provided for us to enjoy.One of the nicest things is that there is room for 5 cars to park next to each other so no one ever has to move a car to let someone else out.We were lucky to have beautiful weather while we were there so we spent most of our time in one of the multiple outdoor areas. There was always shade somewhere.Our ladies group has been taking annual trips for 35 years and this house rated high on our list of favorites.

House was perfect for our large family to get together for my daughter’s softball senior night at Lander University. The house has everything you need! Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs as well.

This property was so beautiful nice and clean, the Kitchen was very nice had everything you needed.. the bedroom was very spacious and clean … The bathroom was beautiful… My grandchildren / adults love the game room …My family loves fishing and fishing was great there especially on their comfortable dock … Also, my family love kayaking as well… we will definitely be going back !!!

Great house!! Lots of beds, well decorated, nice bathrooms and shower and on a beautiful lake. Really nice dock and we enjoyed using the kayaks on the water. Hosts were great at communicating and responding to inquiries. Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful home on the lake. Lots of activities at the house for indoor and outdoor fun! The host is VERY responsive and accommodating.

Great place for a fishing trip with friends

I traveled with my brother and two sons for a guys long weekend of relaxing and golf. Everything was perfect. House was fantastic - loved the dock and the view. Would love to book again and bring the wives and daughter next time.

The house was clean, so roomy, and well-equipped. It was the perfect headquarters for friends and family who traveled to Greenwood for our wedding. The setting on the lake with the boat dock and water toys was so fun and convenient. Kristin was super responsive and provided great information about the house and the area! I highly recommend!

Beautiful home. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back. The only thing I would suggest is have an accessible way to store your boat and trailer.

This home provided an exceptional stay for the whole family. Thoughtfully stocked and well-organized, it offered everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. A wide selection of games and toys kept the children entertained during time away from the lake, and the ample supply of life jackets accommodated guests of all ages. Evenings around the beautiful fire pit were a highlight, made even more convenient with the firewood provided. A truly inviting and well-prepared retreat.

Wonderful house and property. House was clean and very well stocked. Had neighbors but still had plenty of privacy. Wonderful yard and dock. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Check in was great. The kitchen was full stocked. Lots of games for our youth. Wi-fi access was great. We loved the location of the house, just inside a cove but off of the big water .The rooms are very spacious and whole place was well kept. We did not get to enjoy the firepit due to rain but it was very nice and we intend on using it on our next stay.:) Kristen was easy to access and responded promptly with any questions. Overall great experience.

The house was clean, spacious, and very inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to cook and eat on site. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The view from the house balcony was beautiful and relaxing. There was plenty of outdoor seating available at the house and on the dock. The dock was large and very convenient to park our pontoon. We enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle boards that were provided. Our family agreed that this house ranks as one of the best locations for annual family vacations.Kristin responded promptly to any questions we had.

Love this house!! We rent house several times a year and this by far one the best. Plenty of room for a big family. The most well stocked you’ll find. Sheets, towels, paper products, detergent, and everything in the kitchen you could need, sharp knives and a crockpot also. Bring your own beach towels and you’re good to go. Lots of games and things to do even if it rains. Owners very responsive. Close to restaurants on the lake. It was a wonderful stay.

The property has everything that you will ever need. Seriously, the most well accommodated rental that I have ever used - beach, mountain or lake. Very clean. Booking and entry instructions were super easy. The kids and adults had so much fun in the game area. We passed the stormy nights away with pool tournaments, haha. The owners are hilarious, make sure to read the welcome book. My family will definitely be back!

Very clean and great location the kayaks were a blast

We are a great group of friends who spend two weekends per year together, this being our first this year is something we alll look toward to, Kristin’s home was “Perfect”. This home is absolutely beautiful, spacious with all the amenities many unexpected, game room, pool table , foosball, just do much to do. Something for everyone. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. If you’re looking for a home with pure comfort, thus is the best place to be. Thanks Kristin, we will return. A Perfect 10!

Our daughter was graduating from Lander University so we rented this house for the week. The property is very well maintained and stocked extremely well. It was just like being home. The quality of the kitchen supplies and utensils were excellent. We have stayed at many properties throughout the US, and have never had more than starter supplies. Kristin even reached during our stay to see if we needed anything more. The new dock is awesome as well as the water “toys”. Beds are comfortable and the AC is zoned between floors!You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful home and great customer service.

We came up for a wedding for my nephew and chose to get a rental verses hotel to be with my family. The house is beautifully decorated and very inviting and comfortable! It was a lovely stay and the manager was amazing to reply to everything I may have needed

House was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Owner was always quick to respond. A ton of cooking supplies as well as a cabinet full of spices. With a group of 10, saved me a lot of money in accessories that I would of had to purchase at the grocery store.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. My family made many memories in our three days there. The layout is perfect with the kids rooms and game room downstairs and the master upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The fire pit was fun for all! We will be back. Wonderful place. No complaints!

This is a nice house in a very secluded and private area. The backyard is huge! The view of the lake is nice, especially from the balcony. We enjoyed the large dining room table, the pool table, and the new fire pit they were building is going to be great once it is ready. Our kids enjoyed wading into the water to swim, even in October. There were a couple of issues with the house (ants, backed up septic tank) but the owners were amazing and sent replies to my messages so quickly and were very helpful. We definitely appreciated how easy they were to communicate with!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Place was exactly what we needed, and the host was great! Will definitely be back next year!
