The house is equipped with all you need for your stay. Located at the beach, nice to walk around. We liked a lot how the environment changed all the time with the water coming and going. Very quite and relaxing space!

We absolutely loved our two week stay at Villa des Oyats. The setting is magnificent, the beach is at your doorstep (and what a beautiful beach it is), the house is modern and designed to bring the outdoors in and give the sea its full appreciation. The owners are very friendly, and they respond immediately to any question you might have. They take good care of their property and their guests. We highly recommend this property.

Welcoming and friendly host who left some nice local treats to sample after showing us around the property. Lovely house in gorgeous location, excellent comms. My wife (ex-hairdresser) mentioned it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms, but otherwise the place was perfect, comfortable, well equipped, and the views from every room are superb. The television is in the master bedroom rather than the living room, but the views of the beach, tide and wildlife were so good that we did not watch tv during our stay. Lots to see and do in the area, including numerous wonderful beaches, coastal walks, villages, woodlands, although the area is quiet and is not over-developed. We were fortunate and had perfect weather during our stay, with a (rare) view of the Aurora Borealis as a bonus on our last night before travelling home. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house that sleeps 6 people, however, I would recommend for max 2 adults and 2 children as there is only 1 bath/restroom and one small kitchen/living room, especially if the weather does not invite to stay outside (wind, rain). There are bikes to use which is perfect to explore the beautiful scenery and coast line of the area. Great restaurants in Brigognan-Plage with seafood, fish or simply yummy crepes. We would definitely recommend this absolutely fantastic location

We loved it here. Great views across the estuary, and a very quiet beach at the bottom of the garden. It isn't a big property, and 6 people might be a squash, but it was great for 4. Everything felt new. Very restful.

The house has a brand new feeling. Perfect for 5 people. The view is amazing and a few steps away is a beach that almost no one else (in the end of June) visited but us. The effect of the tide is quite large but that was not a problem. The photos of the property does not do it 100 percent justice. It’s much better in reality.

We enjoyed a relaxing week at Villa des Oyats. It is a very social space and the ever-present view over the garden to the sea is the highlight of the property. A great place to enjoy some downtime.

Wow! Perched just above acres of beautiful soft sand (when the tide is out), this villa is the perfect place for creating many happy family memories. The location is spectacular and when the tide is out it is only a short walk along the beach to reach the sea. There are also lots of rocks to clamber over. It is a short drive (or cycle ride) to the nearest towns of Kerlouan and Guisseny which have all the essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the essential boulangerie! There are also many interesting places to visit within an hour’s drive such as Oceanopolis, the historic village of Meneham, and several lighthouses to name just a few. The villa has been newly renovated and contains everything you need and more! The open plan living area is full of natural light and dominated by the beautiful sea views through the huge glass wall and sliding door. The kitchen area contains a fridge freezer, dishwasher, 3 ring induction hob and oven/microwave as well as cooking pans, utensils and pantry items such as oil and condiments. The living area is very comfortable with the most amazing views straight across the garden to the sea and the opposite coast. The TV is in the main bedroom but who wants to watch TV when there is such a magnificent view! There are several games and tourist maps/leaflets available for guest use and the house has WiFi. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The bedrooms are all well equipped with clothes storage and bedside tables as well as comfy beds. The shower room is attractively tiled with heated towel rail and fab shower. The villa has been very tastefully furnished and decorated and all the bedding and towels are new and of excellent quality. The villa was also spotlessly clean with beds already made up when we arrived. The garden surrounds the villa giving lots of space for children to play and the electric gate means they cannot easily stray onto the road (although it is a very quiet little lane anyway). A path from the garden leads to the top of the rocks with a couple of pathways down to the beach and no road to cross! The shed contains items for guest use such as 3 brand new bikes, 2 new skim boards and other items. The agents and owners were all very helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the cider and biscuits that were kindly left for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa as the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday suitable for all ages and hope to return.
