The property was ideally situated for swimming, walking the GR34 and we particularly enjoyed the 10 kms walking trip along the coastal path to the excellent Boulangerie in Guisseny. We followed some of the walks from the tourist guide, which were both interesting and full of character. The panoramic view from the house provided endless entertainment. We also had a superb meal at the moulin du Couffon at the entrance to Guisseny.

The photos don’t do justice to this lovely house which is so much nicer than the pictures on the website. Very clean, wonderful location and a great base to drive around the coastline stopping at every small and big beach, all spectacular. It’s a very beautiful coastline in either direction. The kitchen is well equipped and despite our understanding that we needed to bring our own kitchen items such as tea towels, washing up liquid etc, everything was there including oil, vinegar, herbs and basic supplies etc. It’s a very comfortable and well presented house with big comfortable beds and two nice bathrooms, one ensuite. The only negative - we missed not having a balcony or terrace to make the most of the wonderful sea views. There is a nice private terrace on the side of the house and nobody can see you, but you can’t see the sea either! It’s a shame that, in the absence of a balcony, there wasn’t a railing or grill on the outside of the front facing floor to ceiling windows, so that they could then be opening windows or sliding doors. With the sea so close, you want to hear it too and really experience it. But that’s just a personal preference, a small thing and not a criticism at all. The upstairs has big opening windows all along one wall and was very light and airy. We had a really lovely week. Great house in a perfect spot. Very helpful and friendly owner too!

Our family of five love Neiz Vran - so much so this is the third time we've been there in a year! The sleeping configuration (rooms downstairs) of two doubles and a twin suited our needs for three children aged 10,12 & 17. The upstairs living area is modern, clean and functional and boasts panoramic views and is well equipped including the all important WiFi!. A perfect place to relax and unwind and watch the tide go in and out. The owner was on hand nearby and most helpful. We spent our time on the beach, exploring the rocks and rockpools as we were blessed with a week of sunshine. The situation is ideal with the beach literally (or should that be littoraly?!), a stone's throw away. We spent time getting fit running around the quiet lanes and the also completing Le Sentier route a few times. The children made use of the bicycles to go exploring. We stocked up at the local supermarket and visited the Sunday Market at Kerlouan. We also went Geocaching alongside the river near Lanarvily to see the wildflowers and walk the paths in dappled shade. It won't be long before we come back.

A more perfect holiday home I have yet to see. The owners have spared no expense in creating the most up to date luxurious rental house. Showers/bathrooms perfect. Sense of space in every room. All amenities one could need. Views from the window second to non changing with each moment. Different weather just gives a different picture through the window. Lots to see culturally and naturally. Infinate walking straight from the house to different types of beach (all to oneself)and totally unspoilt. Mme L. the most charming of ladies welcoming you into her sparklingly clean holiday home and giving you all the information that you may require for your stay there (restaurants maps etc) We have never visited this fascinating part of Brittany before and recommend it highly, only a stones throw from Roscoff ferry port. Marvellous
