Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were a group of professionals attending a conference in St Malo. There was a bus nearby to get to the venue, but we opted to walk to enjoy the beach and get some fresh air. The house was very charming. While the toilet and bathroom layout/ arrangements may be more suitable for a family, it was fine and the comfort of the house and high standard of the equipment provided really made up for that. We just wished that we had had more time there to really enjoy the house instead of working! The host's tips to attend the Saturday morning market were really appreciated, and my colleague was enthusiastic about the welcome information he provided on arrival. We would recommend. I personally would like to return with my family.

Stayed May 26, 2017Excellent accommodation . Beautiful gardens and nice to see a lot of the old features of the house remain . Christophe was fantastic . Received excellent correspondence before we arrived . We even had a visit around his Manoir across the road which was amazing . Would recommend this property to anyone wishing for a fabulous holiday . I will certainly be returning !

Stayed Aug 20, 2016Our family with two teenagres together with our friends and their kid spent a week in Christophe's property. The house is indeed charming, very clean, cozy, abolutely perfect location. Two families can easily share the house for their holidays, there is enough space for everybody to have some privacy but at the same time very nice living room invites to spend evenings together. There are two gardens one in front and the other at the backyard, where you can have your morning coffee in the sun. The kitchen could not be equipped better, everything you need is on place, it is very clean, nice design, modern equippment. The location is perfect as it is very quiet, less touristic area but still very close to the wonderfull beaches and nice local shops. Christophe is very helpfull host, contact with him and arranged arrival very smooth. Bottle of cider and cookies for the welcome and croissants and baguette for his visit were very kind. We definitely recommend the property and would love to come back for another relaxing holidays.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our grown up family two couples, two adult singles and 7 month old grandson spent a magical week in this walled garden house. We crossed to St. Malo by Brittany ferries which was a relaxing journey in its own right. Our host was very attentive and gave us a lovely welcome with tea and croissants on arrival. The house is old but newly fitted with every modern appliance. We loved Parame with its market on Saturdays and Wednesdays, the local shops particularly the fishmonger behind the church. We drove locally to Dinan, Dinard , St. Malo and Cancale for some interesting sightseeing but mainly ate 'en famile' and enjoyed the amazing beach. Oh and the surprise bicycles even got used! This was a special holiday which we will always treasure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely property within easy reach of the beach (even with toddlers) and good boulangeries just around the corner. For those with kids the house has almost everything you would need (high chair, cot, microwave etc). Major plus is the large enclosed back garden which has numerous excellent spaces for hide and seek! For adults great restaurants, good space to relax in, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. Parking a few meters from the house was not perfect (for us as a family) but it was easy enough and secure. Host Christophe is very helpful and available if needed. Would definitely return.
