    We were looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Saint-Malo and Fabienne’s apartment suited us perfectly. Being inside the walls meant that restaurants and shops (including a Carrefour City market) were in easy walking distance. The apartment is on an upper floor of a modern building, but there is an elevator. The space inside is open and well-lit, with comfortable furniture, a nice kitchen and ample closet space (and hangers!). It is adjacent to the Cathedral, but the bells cease tolling at 10pm.Fabienne contracts with a concierge service that made checking in/out very easy. Mme. Laurence communicated very well and helped us with recommendations for local services (hair salon, ferry to Dinard).We had a car and booked a space in the nearby underground Q-park, a modern parking facility with large (for France) parking spaces just outside the walls. We were able to drive right up to the apartment building door and park briefly for luggage handling.All in all: highly recommended and we would happily stay here again.

    This property was perfect in every way. The apartment is beautiful and the situation in the Intra Muros could not be better. Everything we wanted to do was immediately on hand. Now that we know more about St Malo we can't imagine that any other property would be so well positioned. We are sure to return.

    This was our first time to Saint-Malo and Brittany. This apartment is airy, nicely furnished, super clean and in an excellent location in the heart of the city, near the Cathedral. The unit has a great set of blinds (on the exterior) which keep the light and much of the noise out at night. Everything in the old town is within easy walking distance and it was also a great place to tour the region, in particular Mont St Michel, Dinan and Cancale.

    This flat is gorgeous - incredible light, and more spacious than the photos suggest. It was very clean, with high quality bed linens. Communication was smooth and timely. We’d happily stay here again!

    Light and elegant apartment just next to the cathedral. Had everything we needed and the lift was a great help for relative in their 70s. Food shop, cafe, bakery, restaurants all less than 5 mins walk and only 10 mins walk to beach. We left car parked in car park outside walls and it cost about 80 euros for the week.
