This rammed earth courtyard cottage is so comfortable that you won`t want to leave. Set in a very quiet cul-de-sac with a 5-minute stroll to the beach, shops and cafes.

La Cabane is located in the heart of Normanville with lovely views of the Carrickalinga Hills. The fresh interior will make you feel straight at home and relaxed and the outside of this holiday home is so inviting you will never want to leave again.

Fully equipped withdishwasher and microwave, washing machine, television, DVD, ducted reverse cycle air conditioner, two bathrooms and a great outdoor area with baby Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

It was very pretty, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away. The views of the countryside from the large windows were lovely.

This house provides an excellent balance of comfort, convenience and seclusion. While the weather discouraged water activities, we had a great holiday.

Lovely house in a quiet street overlooking fields. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils. Great location, an easy 10 min walk to beach, local shops and Normanville hotel which served lovely meals. Unfortunately, we stayed on a very cold week. The house was very cold when we arrived and the heating was not effective. We discussed this with the property manager and they gave us a fan heater which was helpful. A technician came out the next day to adjust the reverse control A/C and this improved things a little, but the fan heater was still required.

Reviewer Comments: The view over the fields is magic, made even more beautiful by the owner's landscaping, the warmth of the mud brick and the atmosphere created by all the small and tasteful design elements in this very comfortable home. We love being here. This is no bare-bones rental, far from it. This is a beautiful space that is an absolute joy to spend time in. An easy walk to the beach is an added bonus as well.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. Close vicinity to the beach which our children loved! Make sure you don't break any rules as the neighbours are busy body's with the realty agency on speed dial.
