Stayed Jan 1, 2026Everything was wonderful. I asked for a blanket and they brought brand new blankets still in original packaging. They were very helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The property needed a lot of maintenance outside. Trees were dead the Arizona room needed cleaning the irrigation system leaked into the Arizona roomThe inside of home needed to be redone. Carpets were dirty the paint was peeling off front door and inside of kitchen cabinets. It was full of clutter especially the master bedroom and kitchen pantry I will not rent from Them Vascas again. I would like half of my money back. We also didn’t get use of garage. We’ve rented from VRBO and have not had problem for 20 some years. Very disappointed with the whole house. Please look into that property and Don’t rent to any one else. Very poor Ruth Vogt

Stayed Jan 1, 2024Terrible start. Wrong lock box code, so couldn't get in for a while. Thermostat locked at 61°, so had to wear my winter coat in the house for 3 days. Vacasa was useless to this point. Saved by a neighbor who had the owners phone number so I could call her directly. Owner helped me unlock the thermostat security code. Owner fired the Vacasa rep and got a new rep who was very prompt. Oven didn't work, so the stove was repaired, still didn't work so was replaced. Couldn't get a rec card to participate in any activities until the owner wrote and sent me a signed lease agreement. Things got better after that.
