Stayed Nov 29, 2024Charming cottage in Katoomba, close to amenities and walks. Very cosy. Entrance to house was complicated by pelting rain on our arrival so was a bit frustrating. It would have been good to know beforehand that the gate is electric and you need to get keys from key safe before trying to park. However, we managed to battle the weather, unload our bags and settle in for a rainy night with the gas fire on and wind howling outside.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022We enjoyed our stay here but didn’t realise that there was no wifi however we were able to hotspot from phone data. The layout of lounge and kitchen should be reversed as it was difficult to see the tv screen from the lounge. Backyard was full of weeds but the walks and town was absolutely beautiful. Although I twice requested a receipt, the manager returned my request with an autogenerated email but no receipt with the cost itemised and claimed it wasn’t his responsibility. He was very abrupt on the phone also.

Stayed Aug 23, 2022Kitchen equipment needs a review and update. Supply enough fire wood for the couple of nights minimum would be ideal. Bath room requires ventfan.

Stayed Jan 20, 2022This cottage was fabulous for a quick trip to the mountains to visit the scenic railway and surrounds for a few days. Easy to get into the main street of Katoomba. Very close to Leaura which we ended up eating out at a few times. We were a bit caught out by the cool weather in January but the gas heater, fireplace and electric blankets on the beds kept up comfortable.

Stayed Jul 9, 2019Warm, cosy feeling to the place, perfect for the blue mountains. Loved the beds, fireplace and heater. The art was lovely too. Easy drive to Katoomba and Leura.
