We spend two weeks in KDH every year and always stay here. There’s plenty of room for eating, sleeping and social engagement AND the beach access is right across the street!!

Spacious and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Very noisy road traffic made hearing the ocean from the home impossible. The AC unit stopped working. We waited from tuesday til thursday before a man came out and could not fix it so they did install window units upstairs but we had already suffered two sleepless nights in the 80's.

Parts need to be ordered,but everything else was outstanding.

This was our first time renting a house and we took both my immediate family and my husbands for the week. We had the best time! Included in our people was my grandma. The house was super accessible for her to go to all floors and showering. Walk to the beach wasnt bad at all. The crows nest view was the greatest! This house also had the best water pressure for showering compared to other places we have stayed and several people could be showering at once in different bathrooms and it was still fine. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with them again!
