Stayed Jul 13, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looked fine from the outside, but inside drastically needs updated and thoroughly cleaned. If you stay here, be prepared for 3 inch cockroaches, stained dining room chairs, and just overall cleaning needed. Kitchen needs updated, new/updated stove, better kitchen utensils (glad I brought along my extra kitchen stuff) Would NOT stay here again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024The home was in a great location to restaurants, shopping and beach access. Easy check in and out. The home was great for 6 six adults and 3 children ranging from 5 to 11 months.

We are a blended family with six children and this place was able to accommodate all of us easily. Super convenient location close to restaurants and shopping, but being close enough to walk to the beach everyday was the best!

Our reservation went smoothly, the staff was friendly and the house was CLEAN! Super close to the beach, literally a walk and your feet are in the sand. Will absolutely visit the OBX again but will most likely even stay here!
