Kayakers Cove overlooks Munising Bay bike to town

You can't beat the location. We had a wonderful fire in the backyard and really enjoyed that (wood supplied). Home is older, but well kept. The only complaint is the sofas in the living room. They truly need to be replaced. They made it hard to enjoy the living room.Otherwise, a good stay all the way around.

The location was fine, some upgrades could be made such as a new sofa and mattresses. The host was easy to work with.

Despite 3 days of cold rainy weather, the location made it possible to get in an 8 mile hike on Grand Island and a kayak paddle on Au Train River. Lake Superior was showing its full storm fury which was great to watch but not to paddle but we knew that was always part of the U.P.Munising offers all the amenities we needed and more. Everything in the house functions as listed, no surprises. Once the bridge is open nearby, access to town is easy by bike.

Everything was simply lovely.

This was our second annual stay at this house. Great place to get together with my brothers for a fishing trip. The neighbors are great as an added plus.

Great location. Beautiful patio looking at Lake Superior. The beds were hard so it was difficulty sleeping comfortably.

This is one of the best places I have stayed at. The house was very clean and all the furniture was very comfortable. Other places I have stayed at just buy cheap furniture, but this places had chairs, couches, and beds which were all very comfortable! Made it very easy to relax after days of hiking trails and adventureing. The lakeside view from the house is also very nice! I almost could have stayed in the house the whole trip! The owner left a lot of useful information around the house and got back to me on the app quickly when I messaged. The owner also left a lot of wonderful information for things to do in the area on the kitchen table. It was also very close to Pictured Rocks and allowed us to see the shoreline multiple times during our trip. I would recommend to anyone wanted to see Pictured Rocks to stay here for sure!

This ideal location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions on our first visit to the UP. The home was clean and cozy!

The property is in a great location and has what you need. It smelled of wet dog and there were stains and sticky spots on the floor in the kitchen, so i cant give it 5 stars. Its a cabin, the beds are hard, doors stick, and the floor is uneven and squeaky. But the host was super cooperative and helpful, even let us stay a little later to get our crew up and organized before we left. Its not far from anything we wanted to see really, under 1.5 hrs to everything. There were games, a pool table, and the laundry was super helpful

We are long time friends who have always been involved in, among other things running, biking, hiking, and climbing. This property in Munising was the perfect site/hub to venture out to partake in the adventures that the Munising Marquette area offers.

The property was stunning and super clean. Check in was a breeze and we definitely took advantage of the Pictured Rocks National Park pass! Even got to see some northern lights from the house!

Place was as advertised. Beautiful location and great fishing. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoying our stay in Munising! Our host was friendly and helpful for questions we had about the area. The house is in a great location on a quiet street just steps away from Lake Superior and a short drive away from Pictured Rocks shoreline. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 with everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for everything!

Upon arrival the home was warm and inviting, the couches and beds were super comfy. It lies on a dead end street, there's a bench to watch the sunset at night, just breathtaking! Communication was easy through our VRBO app and checkin was smooth. Overall our stay was fun, exciting and relaxing, we enjoyed the hiking but we also enjoyed staying in and watching Netflix too lol.
