Stayed Aug 9, 2025We absolutely loved our stay! My sister and I brought our 83 yr old mother to Sylvan Beach so she could catch up with her girlfriends since grade school. We moved from Canastota 46 yrs ago and loved coming to Sylvan Beach as kids. Our visit was amazing and a lot of that was because this house was perfect. Sitting on the porch at night watching the boats, walking to all the restaurants and beach and sitting at the beautiful island in the kitchen made our visit even better!! It was very clean and Stephanie made everything so easy!! We hope to visit again someday and would definitely book this house again and next time use the canoes!! Best house in Sylvan Beach!

Stayed May 16, 2025The upstairs unit had a generous deck with lovely views of the canal that goes out to the lake. A quick walk across the street and you can catch an incredible sunset! Inside the house we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend.
