Welcome to your Sea Ranch escape! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps up to 4 and offers sea views, a private hot tub, and access to The Sea Ranch trails, beaches, and recreation centers.



The Space:

Settle into a relaxed, coastal home designed for easy days by the ocean and quiet nights in. The house accommodates up to 4 guests across two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Unwind in the living area with a DVD player and board games, then step outside to the garden-style yard with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.



A kitchen and dining area make simple meals at home a breeze, and the private washer and dryer help keep everything easy during longer stays. After a day exploring the coastline, soak in the private hot tub under the stars. Guests also have access to The Sea Ranch recreation centers with communal outdoor pools (amenities vary by center).

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. RVs, trailers, or mobile homes are not permitted.

• Stairs: The house has stairs (please see photos). Stairs are required.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to The Sea Ranch’s remote location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed; service may be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Communal amenities: The Sea Ranch has 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, a half-basketball court, and tennis courts for guest use. Amenities and features vary by center; hours and availability may change seasonally.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    The home is located in a friendly area with good views of the ocean and a nice deck with lots of green space. Overall the house is great with the exception of the beds, bed linens and pillows. Given the high price point I would expect those items to be updated. They are all old and uncomfortable. A Sonos speaker would also be a nice upgrade as most people no longer listen to CDs. Otherwise it's a great spot for people and dogs!

    It's a stunning house. Great location and walk to the bluffs, and short drive to Gualala and the Lodge. The house was also very well stocked with the basics (solid kitchen equipment foundation, extra towels for hot tub, logs for the fire place, etc), which made it very relaxing. I'd definitely recommend to anyone visiting Sea Ranch, and hope to come back soon.

    We stay often in Sea Ranch, and I would call this place pretty good. It was definitely clean and in a great location. The fireplace and hot tub were both great. Rental was easy, etc... All good. A few SMALL honest criticisms for the seasoned sea ranch renter: Didn't love that the bedrooms and baths were very bunched up at one end of the house (not much privacy from each other). Lack of a gas grill and patio furniture was a bit of a downer. The biggest complaint was the very minimal stocking of the place. When we pay 100's in fees it would be nice to have more than the absolute minimum kitchen supplies, bath supplies, no charcoal, no lighter fluid, very few spices.... etc. I know it's not up to the owner to provide everything needed, but compared to other rentals over the last 20 years, this is one where I felt a little extra consideration would have gone a long way toward swallowing all of the fees. Don't hesitate to rent the place, just know to bring absolutely everything other than firewood and paper towels.

    This house is in a fantastic location, with the kitchen/living room and hot tub looking out to the ocean. The house was clean and had everything we need. The walk to the beach from the house was further than anticipated. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for preservation during our stay which was a big reason why we booked this home. Otherwise, this house and our stay in it was wonderful.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Kabella house. We had great weather, good food, and family time together. Kitchen is well stocked and the widow seats were coveted by everyone for reading and naps. Great place for 4 people.

    Nice wood interior. Kitchen well stocked. Great window seat. Fun to watch deer in meadow. Close to beach trail. Pretty entry garden. Master bed too soft - partner had to sleep on couch& bed pillows need replacing.
