A one-of-a-kind property I do not hesitate recommending to anyone looking to connect with Savannah’s past way of living.

As soon as I opened the door, I felt like I was transported back 150 years.... the smell of the place, the high ceilings, the gorgeous floors, the architectural details, the screened in back porch, the fireplaces - all so beautiful. I am so glad we chose to stay here instead of a typical hotel. It really added to our overall experience in Savannah.

What a unique house! Two and a half baths, two bedrooms (one with a Q and one with 2 twins) plus a sleeper couch made it perfect for our friends trip! The screened in porch is awesome. Love the unique art. Great location in Savannah and parking was good. The hosts are very responsive! Definitely would recommend staying here!

We loved every part of our stay in this gorgeous historical home. It was well appointed and had two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, especially with a home that is 140 years old. The kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed. They even left us a little bowl of snacks when we arrived. During our stay, the temperatures were in the high 80s low 90s and high humidity. The home stayed nice and cool with overhead fans and air-conditioning. I usually don’t sleep well away from home and I slept like a baby. I wasn’t sure what the parking would be like, but it was no issue. We parked across the street from the side of the home is on for free the entire time. There was one morning from 3 AM to 6 AM. That street sweeping was happening so we moved the car the night before after 5 PM in front of the home and then moved it back across the street before the 8 AM, parking monitoring started. It was no big deal and easy. The home had everything you could need, and in my opinion was centrally located to everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Lyft was easy to get when we didn’t want to walk to bother with parking in busy areas. We spent a morning out at Tibby Island, which was lovely. I would recommend going early in the morning for good parking. We went to the north part of the island and it was picturesque. I hope to come back to Savannah again somtime soon and will absolutely rebook this home!

The property was really nice and well stocked. The only issue was the 17 stairs that were straight up, I have stairs at home but nothing like these. The stairs are impossible to navigate for older or overweight people. My sister was unable to see the upstairs due to knee issues. We loved the screened in back porch and the location was great. The check in was horrible, vrbo emailed us the wrong entry code with no response when trying to reach them.

Very nice property easy to walk to the riverfront and other downtown tourist spots. Something to know the host does not include a street parking fee in the listing at all and unless you know in advance, you don’t realize you have to pay to park. We did get ticket at the first night because of that other than that, it was a great day.

The accommodations were very nice. The location was awesome! The twin beds were the biggest issue. They are on rollers and the bed is not connected to the headboard. You couldn’t relax and read against the headboard because ultimately your pillows fell through the space between the bed and the headboard. Not a huge problem I know! We really enjoyed the time at the jingle bell house. I would visit again but this time I would take the other bedroom! lol

Had a little bit of an issue with getting in. The code was not working but it didn’t take too long to get a response back. House was beautiful. Amazing location and if you park across the street from the house it was free parking on that side. Plenty of space for my family and I. Pull out bed was very comfortable and house was nice a cool. Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Trash cans outside were a little challenging to get to because of the car that was parked but the gate but overall our stay was wonderful and would recommend and book again!!

We wanted a walkable location and this house was perfect. We saw alot of Savannah because we walked. Parking was very easy and right across the street from the house, the one day we used the car.
