Perfect location, near town but quite private. Beautiful, cozy home. So well-equipped. Quick response from hostess.

Our group absolutely loved this house. Fits a big group comfortably, great location, and even saw Elk in the yard. The hosts are always quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend this house to other groups.

Read the fine print which translates to bringing toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwasher soap etc. When I asked I was referred to the rental agreement. For the price……they could have been more generous.

We enjoyed the amazing view of the golf course and trees. Several families of elk came by, with babies! The house was spacious for a large group with various places to eat and just hang out. Only 5 min to town.

Enjoy the house lots of room. Only downside was no air conditioner the house stayed warm.

We had such an amazing time in Estes and this property made the vacation that much better!

We were delighted with our stay in Estes. The views were fantastic, the arrangement of the living spaces was great for our big group. We enjoyed the extra counter space in the kitchen - perfect for setting up the buffet-style meals.We had over 10 people staying each night and we are all coworkers - plenty of bathrooms, beds and towels for everyone.

This house was great for our large group. We had small children and they enjoyed the room to play. The house was fully stocked with equipment to cook and the speaker system was a great touch.

This property was just what we need for a relaxing weekend. The 14-16 us over the weekend had plenty of room to socialize with enough table seating for all to dine together. Great kitchen and extra fridges. Wildcard football watching in the great room was a given, but elk watching in the yard was a plus! Also very easy check-in and check-out.

Home accommodated our family with ease and was sweet up for the entertainment. Would recommend for family trips to Estes park and those looking to enjoy a Rocky Mountain experience.

It was very nice. We had hoped to stay there again next year but no bookings were available.

The house and location were perfect. Lots of room and different conversation areas. Close to downtown and RMNP. We hiked, biked, fished and had a spa day at Qi. All just great.

We had 16 family members fly in from Boston for our wedding and everyone stayed at this beautiful house. The hot tub was great. Everything was great. The house is so big that no one got in each others way. Water pressure in the showers was poor and there was a horrible smell in the garage and master suite all 5 days that we were there from a broken washer. Everyone loved it and we had a great time.

Our four generation family enjoyed this beautiful and well equipped home that is in a great location. There is so much to experience (golfing, hiking, river rafting, RMNP tours, fishing, and golfing at your back door). Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The size of the house was perfect for our family of 12. We enjoyed the location and lovely view of the golf course.
