Stayed Mar 9, 2025Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The property was in an excellent location for Bryce Canyon, and close to Willis Creek Slot Canyon. The beds were very comfortable, and our kids loved the X-Box. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2026Charming home with lots of character. We felt right at home. Great extras. We loved the choice of Keurig coffee & warm cider. The kitchen was fully stocked. All of the beds were very comfortable (well at least the 4 we slept in - there are 7 beds). Lots of extra blankets. There was a pack n play for young families, too. The town down the road had several restaurants. The Pizza Place was excellent. We loved being close to Bryce Canyon and having our own home to come back to each night.

Stayed May 14, 2026Great place for our family to stay. Everything was as advertised plus there were lots of those little details in place that many VRBO homes overlook but that make the stay more pleasant (tissue boxes, easy to adjust thermostat, board games, plenty of dishes for the number of people allowed to stay, big enough pots to actually cook in). We would stay here again.

Stayed May 11, 2026BEST place ever!! The house doesn't look like much when you drive up (no driveway, park out front), but inside is spectacular!! The stained glass windows and light fixtures were beautiful. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. One of them had a secret lovely bathroom behind it! The water pressure from the showers was great. There is an Xbox in the living room with hundreds of games on it that my kids had a blast playing. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Large dining room table for us to eat and play cards. Communication with the host was quick and easy. No AT&T cell service but wifi was excellent. Overall the best vrbo of our trip! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Stayed Apr 19, 2026This property was amazing for our stay. The location was perfect and since our group was on a road trip it was great to have the laundry and the kitchen was equipped with more than everything we needed for a change from restaurants. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and throwing some hot dogs and burgers on the grill. The dining table was perfect for our group and the bedrooms/bathrooms more than met our needs for our group of 7 adults. Eric, the host was super prompt with my questions before we arrived. I would highly recommend this property for your group visiting Bryce Canyon and the Grand Staircase.

Stayed Oct 14, 2025Very clean and nicely decorated historic home. There were 10 of us (5 adults, 4 teens, and a toddler) and we take up a lot of space. I would recommend this house for a smaller group, maybe 4-6 people. Nicely stocked kitchen, a great laundry area, and great communication with the host. With a smaller group I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025Great place to stay. This was in a great and quiet location snd just a 20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP and about 45 minutes to the Lower Calf Creek Falls TH at Grand Staircase Escalante. We had everything we needed to cook meals, do a bit of laundry and appreciated the comfortable king sized beds downstairs. This is a great location and beautiful scenery if you are visiting this area.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025The house was very lovely what you see in the pics is exactly how the house is, it is very warm and inviting. Communication with the owner is very easy, answers promptly should you have any questions. I did some hiking with my pup at Kodachrome State Basin Park which is only 10 miles away and Dixie National Forest. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Lovely, quaint home, equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable, however, some elected to sleep outside, to see the stars, since it's such a safe environment. Nine adults stayed and we had plenty of room. We would have loved to have a little more history of the home and how your relatives decided to settle here, how many kids were raised in the home, etc. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed Apr 1, 2025This house worked perfectly for our group of 2 families! It was a very nice size and the arrangement of the bedrooms allowed for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals there, and with guidance from the host, we just stopped at Clark’s Market down the street for food. He also gave us great advice for hikes after we pivoted from our original plan because of the weather. We were all impressed by his quick and thorough communication. I would definitely stay here again if in the area, and would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Bryce.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024We are so glad we found this charming Bryce Canyon area historic home. Jasper’s Hideout has been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated with an eye to the home’s past, yet includes all the modern comforts. The home was immaculate, and everything about it is designed and outfitted with guests in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked (we cook), and the owners have thought of everything. Communication with Eric was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to questions, and we found everything in the house in working order. Jasper’s Hideout is a short, pleasant drive from Bryce Canyon, and close to other areas of interest. Gas and basic groceries (Clark’s Country Market was surprisingly well stocked for a small town grocery store) are available in the town of Tropic, a few miles away. Jasper's Hideout is a gem!

Keurig with several provided k- cups or regular coffee pot. No detail was missed. Stayed in 4 different places on our Utah tour and this was by far the nicest!
