Stayed Apr 24, 2025Con- The kitchen items were quite lacking. Limited table cloth. The vent above stove not working. One burner works on and off. The flying pans were the sticking kind. The Inn next door has a spot light blink 24 hrs. The blinking sport light shine through the blinds. Pro- very comfy bedding. Big living room and dinning area.

Stayed May 2, 2026This beautiful historic home had so much to offer. It was close to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin. There was a full grocery store in nearby Tropic so we could make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The views were outstanding from the porch. We were able to do some laundry and slept so well in the cozy beds.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025REALLY neat home. It's old and solid, but very well kept and updated. More than we needed for just two of us, but very comfortable, and in a sleepy little quiet town. About 15 minutes or so from the entrance to Bryce. This unit is on the main floor, with a unit in the basement, but we couldn't hear them at all. Def will stay there again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025We loved staying at this historic house! It was beautifully maintained and clean. It was a quick trip to Bryce, where we spent most of our days and nights but we enjoyed dinner at Showdowns and the rodeo. It was also a welcome respite between hotel stays thanks to the kitchen and laundry room. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Cute historic home. Beautiful woodwork and stained glass. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner. No dishwasher, so be aware you have to wash all your dishes. About a twenty minute drive from Bryce Canyon.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025text messages were promptly answered.place was clean and comfortableneighborhood appears safeKeyless entry was simpledirections were conciseTHE BIGGEST reason for not scoring higher is that the kitchen pans were unusable. It was impossible to cook with the current pans. We had to buy a pan so that we could cook. Pans really need updated.

Stayed May 11, 2025The house is a nice blend of historic wood and stained glass and modern decorations. The guest info album was very helpful for hikes. The TV internet went out the second night so we called Dallas. He had someone out immediately and the problem was corrected!

Stayed Apr 14, 2025We enjoyed our stay and thought the house was much more beautiful than the post made it out to look. It is a historic home, with beautiful wall linings and a nice warm feel. Unfortunately the new decor looks like some cheap internet decorations, but it didn't bother us too much. It was very spacious and lovely. The check in was a bit tough because there was no cell reception so we had to drive to the next town to retrieve the entrance PIN

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Had a wonderful trip visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Bryce is very close to this home and by far the better day for us Zion was a long drive (2.5 hrs to visitors center) and very crowded. The house very clean and easy to find. Easy entry with code. Beds and bedding was oh so comfortable. Bathroom was large and well stocked. Kitchen was large but lacked some needed items. No strainer, measuring cup, mixing bowl. Plates, cups and glasses were plentiful. There is no cell service here and when Wi-Fi went out we were unable to call anyone. Thankful we were able to reboot the router found in common laundry area. All in all Avery good rental.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025This is an over one hundred year old home on the register of historical buildings lovingly renovated and restored. There are flaws that do not take away from the comfort of your stay- cracked leaded glass, scarred wood trim, etc that make it feel like grandma's.grandma

Stayed Oct 29, 2024Great location - strategically placed in the middle of Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome State Park, and Wills Creek Slot Canyon. The house had everything we needed and then some.. but we spent so much time exploring canyons and such, we did not spend much time enjoying the house.
