The host was very helpful. The views in this property are absolutely stunning, the space, number of bedrooms and balconies were all great for our two families needs. As we both had young kids we exclusively stayed in and cooked, there was not enough cutlery and dish ware, glasses, coffee cups to serve all 11 of us, the toaster was broken on one side and the door to the oven wouldn’t properly close if one of the racks was still in, so it seems original had been replaced with something too large. Honestly a couple of hundred dollars to replace/refresh those things would be well spent and make the home perfection. Having a stock of dishwasher tabs, dish soap and laundry detergent would have been so well received for the cost also. With all that said we had a really wonderful stay, close beach access, views and space definitely the selling points and the hosts provided many options for contact and were very communicative. Our kids loved the house and the beach more than anything, which is priceless. Thank you.

Beautiful vacation rental and Beautiful view!

Beautiful view and house. Check in was easy with many texts to explain. 14 of us cooked most meals with ease in the spacious open kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Balconies provided gathering places to enjoy the outdoors when not at the beach itself. Would definitely recommend renting a cart for beach access. Wonderful memories for entire family.

The house was large and fit our multi family trip well! The views from the deck were incredible. The management came out quickly the day of check in because the fire alarms were beeping needing new batteries (great). However, the first night one of the bathrooms started leaking water from the pipes into the kitchen/eating area ceiling. No maintenance visited and we were down one bathtub the rest of the trip. The house was beautiful however the lack of communication and follow up from management company was disappointing.

The location and house were perfect for our family of 15. We would go back to this beautiful, spacious property! The boardwalk is next door and so easy to get to beach and the view is great from 2nd and 3rd floors.

I took my grown sons and their wives and all of my grandchildren, as well as my husband and my elderly father, and we all stay together for the first time in one house. This property is absolutely stunning! Everyone had their own bedroom, their own amazing bathroom, and the kids had the whole floor to themselves! The decor was unbelievable! The space and the views were amazing! As with most properties, there are always a few things that have to be addressed. We had a couple of issues with the dishwasher and one of the toilets, but literally within the half hour the technician was on site, making sure that everything was fixed and fine. We also found that we were short on towels and needed more so the family could be accommodated better, and again within the hour someone showed up with as many towels as we would need! Silversands Management exceeded my expectations on their response time and communication. This is an annual trip and we plan on coming back to this property next summer! Totally recommend this along with the Rental of a golf cart because of the very close proximity to the boardwalk that accommodates carts right to the beach!

Beautiful house, some of the appliances like the shower and dishwasher need some work, but overall great property and the location is great.

Excellent accommodations and perfect for large family gathering. The beds were very comfortable and linens clean. Hand soap and towels provided in all bathrooms. I recommend bringing more bath towels for longer stay and/or beach use. There is a washer/dryer we did not use. There was starter pack of kitchen paper towels, trash bags & dish soap; enough for a short weekend stay. The elevator was a godsend for my elderly parents and worked perfectly. Note: All doors and inside gate on elevator must be closed to call elevator from other floors. Ice machine in kitchen and downstairs working. Our only issue was the electrical outlets on the outside deck did not work properly. I highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great time hosting friends for the weekend. The property is clean and very comfortable. We did have to rinse and squeegee the windows ourselves to get clearer view, but i didn't mind. We'definitely return!Always remember your

Beautiful view! All the furnishings were excellent and had the exact amount of refrigeration for 16 people (2 & 1/2). Perfect for multi-family vacation with lots of children.
