The Space:

After well spent days, gather in the home's 'Ocean Room', a sumptuous living room with astounding panoramic views. The home feels like a tropical resort. Retreat to the Pool House Cabana, with fire pit & outdoor kitchen. Chaise lounges & ample seating areas adorn the pool deck to bask in endless vantage points & views of the sea. Inside, 6 bedrooms total, all with beautiful Views, sleeps 15 total. The primary bedroom located on the second floor has spectacular ocean views from the bed as well as bathroom with a King Canopy bed, along with living space. Elevator services all three floors of the property and pool can be heated for an additional $850 a week.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes Pets. There is a $200 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

    We recently spent a week at this incredible Wild Dunes home, and it exceeded all expectations. My family and our dog, Otis, felt right at home. Waking up with coffee and winding down with cocktails in the famous Ocean Room was a daily highlight. The views were truly unbeatable — beach, golf course, and marsh all in one spot!     Such a beautiful property! Felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort minus the crowds. The house had all the comforts of home, the pool was extremely nice for all the family. The beach was a little challenging to get to but when we got there wow! It was like our very own private beach. Would love to go back!

    This was the first place I’ve stayed where the property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The location and beach access were excellent. Being at the end, it felt like our own private beach. House was well stocked with necessities. Definitely would stay here again.

    Beautiful house! Loved our stay! Great location! This house was perfect for our group of eight adults. It is located at the end of the island with golf course and beach views and a really short, easy walk to the private beach. The house is beautifully decorated with everything looking new. Lots of seating in all the sitting rooms which made for a comfortable stay. Loved sitting in the ocean room. Everyone in our group thought the beds were comfortable. If you can't do stairs there is an elevator that can be taken to the second and third floor. The bedroom on the third floor has amazing views! The kitchen is well stocked and the house had everything we needed. We all loved our stay and would definitely come back!
