POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This Island Oaks Oasis is privately set in a quiet neighborhood near Vineyard Golf Club. It is designed with indoor-outdoor Island lifestyle in mind, with three floors of living space inside, and outdoor living spaces that include a screened porch and large patio with outdoor Grilling and Dining Area, plus an outdoor Living Areas with fire table.

The first floor features a light-filled open floor plan with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area is anchored by a large stone fireplace, sofa and chair seating, and large screen TV. It opens to the Dining and Kitchen Areas. The fully-equipped Chef s Kitchen has a large center cooking and prep island/breakfast bar, stone counters, and commercial stainless appliances, including a wine refrigerator. Glass doors open out to the large screen porch with beverage bar and under counter refrigerator, and plenty of seating.

There is also a first floor Primary Bedroom with deluxe Bath and separate Office Area. The other two Bedrooms are upstairs, both have private en suite Baths. There is also a TV/Family Room Area as well. The lower level hosts two different Lounge/TV Rooms with seating and large screen TVs. One of the Lounges also has a Bar Area with counter stool seating, beverage refrigerator, sink, microwave and stone counters.

The outdoor entertaining space runs across the back of the house. There is a large stone patio that has an outdoor Dining and Grilling Area. There is also an outdoor Living Area with sofa and chair seating with a fire table. From its convenient location, the bike path and Morning Glory Farm are not far away, and the location makes for easy drives to Edgartown, Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs.
