GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:



• Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

• Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay, please just let us know. Thank you!

    1st impression upon arrival was noticing the frontyard had not been cut in a while, nor the backyard.Inside the property was nicely decorated.There was plenty of dishes in kitchen, but no instructions for using the M/W or oven.The pillows & mattresses varied in terms of being too firm or too soft.There was a total of 6 adults & 4 children which the property accommodated fine (bed-wise), but there was only 6 bath towels & no wash cloths avaliable. The cleaning committee delivered another 6 bath towels 24hrs after arrival.The washer/dryer/fridge worked well.The tvs were not easily usuable, as we had to log into our home services(apps), ... there were 2 tv remotes in the master bedroom (never got it to work), ...4 remotes in the den/living area, ...etc!The back yard was overgrown but didn’t have goat-head stickers as the front yard had, thus 'ouch' on bare feet.There was an outdoor shower on the side of the house that we didn't know existed until the 3rd day there. All in all?Accommodations were ok.The outside grill was charcoal vs propane, thus a bag of charcoal was provided but no lighter fluid.After using it to grill hotdogs & burgers I had to scrub it, ie, leaving it better than the way I found it, else being charged extra upon checkout.We might be back since we now know all the quirks.It would be nice to know the floor layout as well as the neighborhood layout, ie, where the pools are located, ...where the boardwalk to the beach is located, etc!

    We loved staying here! We walked to the beach with our kiddos across the boardwalk. The neighborhood is really nice with a pool a couple of houses down. We appreciated the beach wagon and extra boogie boards. Waves Coffee shop in Port A is amazing. I love Seafood and Spaghetti works. Also Tortuga has delicious food.

    We all had such a great time staying here. The house was clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and not be bumping into one another. The walk in shower in the master was great, the only thing I would say was a downfall was the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was absolutely amazing tho! The check-in/check-out process was very easy as well. We would definitely recommend this home and will be staying again.

    The house was perfect for our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were not the most comfortable but worked for a week long stay. Would highly recommend a golf cart for the distance to the boardwalk.

    This was a great house large enough for our family. Having read other reviews, we did rent a golf cart to make it easier to bring a 2 year old to the beach. Loved the open concept and the backyard to hang out in the late afternoon. We used the neighborhood pool a couple of times and it was just down a couple of houses. We would stay here again.

    The house is very pretty and clean. We would definitely stay here again! Just some notes for those planning to come stay: pack extra paper towels for sure and a few tall kitchen trash bags. There was plenty of dish soap and dishwasher pods were provided as well. There was a new sponge and several dish towels. There was an ironing board but no iron. The queen beds are comfortable but creaked - the guest bedroom downstairs creaked loudly every time you moved, and the master bedroom bed creaked loudly getting out. We had kids ages 5-15 in the bunk beds and they said they were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you should bring some good knives. There is one steak knife, and a couple of larger knives but that’s it. The stovetop is great, but the oven is so confusing! It’s a convection oven and there are instructions but not clear at all. The management company is fantastic! We had several questions the first day and they sent someone over immediately 2 different times - were there within 5 to 10 minutes! Highly recommend this house!
