Stayed Jul 20, 2024amazing house, clean, perfect for a large family. Only issue was that the house is amazing but the grills on property were cheap and not adequate for grilling. We had to put out a grease fire as how dirty the grills were. Based on the size of the property, and house, there should be at least two commercial size grills on property, not cheap Lowes/Home Depot grills.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024We hosted a corporate retreat for our Executive Leadership Team and this home was the perfect setting to host our meetings and fun time! The home is beautiful and has every amenity you could possibly want or need. I would highly recommend this home for any event for family, friends or co-workers. Everyone had their own space and didn't feel like we were living with our co-workers. It was AMAZING!! The beds are super comfortable as our the bed linens. The only downfall is the property management company. They're unresponsive and not the easiest to work with. The cleaning crew and maintenance were still in the home after check in time even though the home was unoccupied the day prior to arrival. Housekeeping put dirty dishes back in the cabinets which we had to rewash, there was not a starter set of trash bags or coffee filters and there was a bag of trash left in one of the cans. If you want bath towels that are not dollar store quality (you can literally see through them) I suggest you bring your own. I think for the magnitude and cost of this home they could at least provide a Walmart brand towel set. I would also suggest that they include a house manual. The home is very large with a lot of amenities so I think it warrants having some type of manual to the home.

Stayed May 9, 2024House is great. Brand new. Great location in OBX. Nice amenities. The downside here was that the management company did not properly 'turn over' the house. Upon check in, none of the beds were made and there were no sheets for us to do it ourselves. There were no bath or hand towels in the bathrooms. The grills were in very bad/unclean condition. Everything else was great. Brought up the issues to management upon check in, but since it was 6pm, they refused to fix the problem that night. This meant several of us slept on couches the first night. The management company came the next morning and their representative was very surprised and sorry for what happened and suggested we ask for some money back. I have done so but have been stonewalled or ignored ever since. I was waiting for resolution of my claim before leaving this review but the mgmt company is delaying to the point beyond where I would be able to leave a public review if I kept waiting - it seems intentional. Overall - great house, but has some growing pains with the management company that may cause inconveniences or headaches for guests.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024This new property is overall fantastic. We had a combination of friends & family during the week and everyone had an amazing time. The home was very well appointed & comfortable, with no lack of things to do on property and off. There are some “new home” kinks being worked out, but the property management was overall very responsive. Favorites: - The view! You are right on the beach with private beach access, though you can sit on the top or 2nd floor deck and feel like you are right on the ocean. - The beautiful, well designed interior. We had everything we needed to cook every day and the various spaces across the house had something for everyone. - Ice. Lots and lots of ice. Considerations: - There is no master binder, document, or link to how to “work” the house. There is an incredible sound system outside and inside but it took us a few days to unlock how to use it. Same with various other features and appliances. A go-to guide would have been helpful. - The theatre room was a fun feature but we spent a day trying to get the sound to work before calling in maintenance. A vendor came and determined some equipment was faulty and got us back up and running. - Mats at the doors would have helped limit sand being brought into the home. - We paid extra for pool heating but it was disappointing. If you heat the pool keep your expectations realistic about how warm it will actually get. - Make sure the windows in at least great room are clear- the view is everything!

Stayed Mar 11, 2024We got real lucky being the first ones to stay at this awesome place and man it was so nice! Everything’s new and fancy and the chairs and were super comfy. You can see the ocean from up top because the house is up high. Outside, there's plenty of places to sit down everywhere you look. Really dug bumping the sound system and watching a movie at night. Hit the jackpot with the weather too, it was perfect. KEES was on the ball talking to us the whole time.
