Stayed Nov 21, 2025Jeff was very responsive and proactive prior to our visit. Property was clean and exactly like the pictures. We stayed with adults and older teens. The house was great for entertaining and group meals. We will definitely be staying again next football season.

We found all of the accommodations to be excellent, and the property manager checked on us throughout the stay to make sure that everything was OK. Stayed Aug 29, 2025We were in town for the Iowa State game. About 30 mins from campus in a a nice quiet neighborhood. Jeff was a great host. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was ok and even offered early check in. The house was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for our group of 6. Would definitely book again. Thanks again Jeff!
