Updated kitchen with electric range and dishwasher. Recreation room in finished basement with foosball and laundry room with washer/dryer. Four bdrms and full bath on 2nd floor, one bdrm on 3rd floor.

This residence houses teenage interns for 9 months out of the year. It is not a luxury accommodation but rather a functional living space in a very good neighborhood in NE Portland. As such, it is priced accordingly and rented as is. It is professionally cleaned for summer guests.
