Great location, condo is clean and cute! My family had a great time!

Overall was a wonderful stay, there were a few obstacles but management corrected everything in an amazing timely manor.

House was clean and extremely convenient location! Walking distance to the local restaurant and bars. And it was super nice having the pool right off the house after a day at the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great. Enjoyed the beach each day and the restaurants at night. We didn't have a bad meal anywhere. The pool area was great and the bonus this week was nobody else was in the complex until Friday night.Look forward to next year but we'll start 1 day earlier.

This townhouse is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a problem with the TV and the property managers were quick to get the problem fixed and checked back with us to make sure that Spectrum came out and all was well. The house is well located in town and we walked to restaurants and shopping. The beach is nearby.Check in and check out was super easy and done by text messages.

We had a great time, the location was great for taking strolls. We wete a 5 minute drive to the beach and Birding Center and a hlf hour drive to the Natioal Seashore. The property was perfecy for 3 couples. We had our own bedroom and bathroom.

The property is nice; however, the refrigerator leaked water on the floor the whole time, the cabinets above microwave are filled with mold causing an asthma attack the bathroom sink in the bedroom off kitchen would not drain properly. The stairs inside are dangerous

This townhouse was very nice and clean, and in a great location close to restaurants. The beach was a short drive way. My family loved the pool on the early warm days and the development is well maintained. The beds were comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom is very convenient with extra guests. The bathroom bowl sinks was a huge design flaw. Not suitable for short people! I am tall and they were a pain to use. Comfortable outdoor furniture would be nice instead of the broken furniture that has been left there. It was disappointing that property management did not address some concerns that previous renters had mentioned in the reviews. Items that are very easy to address. I rented for over a month and It took them a couple weeks to address some small requests that I brought up when I first got there. It was November, the slow season. Text messages were responded to promptly but no action until I had to ask a few times, which is uncomfortable and wrong when someone is trying to enjoy their stay. I always leave a maintenance list when we stay for a month. Not for complaining, but just a “heads up”.This unit could use some immediate attention before bigger problems arise and before the big season begins. I am hoping for the owners sake, the mgmt company addresses the list.

Great place! Everything was close in proximity! This condo had plenty of room with all three rooms having king size beds. The pool was just outside the back door. Will stay again.
