⭐Intimate and Updated Treehouse with Breathtaking Marsh Views⭐

The house had everything we needed and had a beautiful view! We saw tons of wildlife!

Excellent all around vacation. Rental was everything that was advertised and more. Location and golf cart were exceptional. Place is beaming with wildlife everywhere. Will be back!

My family and I throughly loved this home. Very relaxing, with amazing views!

Wonderful! We arranged accommodation here to visit our elder relative living at Fripp. My daughter and her family also rented a unit with Fripp. We were able to have dinner family reunions at this house with my husband's mother and my daughter , joining each night for dinner and games. She is 84. There were two grandchildren. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We felt at home. In addition 2 children were able to go below looking for crabs daily in the marsh. We also went crabbing at the nearby dock. The bikes provided were used along with ours for daily riding excursions with everyone. The golf cart aided in excursions to the beach for transporting items.Thank you for aiding us in reuniting with love ones, enabling us to entertain everyone, alleviating any stresses and worries we would have caused if we all crashed for get-togethers at my mother in laws. And she thoroughly enjoyed herself, adding daily to our get togethers by baking and cooking something daily for our get togethers.

Check in was very easy. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

The house is just as described in the listing. It's in a great location on the island where it is quiet, private, not too far from the entrance, but still just a short drive on the golf cart to a beach access. With the information from our host, it was easy to obtain our car pass from the gate when we first arrived. Having the golf cart ready at the house without the hassle of renting one was a HUGE plus. The layout of the house makes great use of its unique shape and it was the perfect size for us.We had everything we needed from beach gear to kitchen items to extra blankets. Not being able to get the passes was just fine for us. We enjoyed the beach and the restaurants right off the island - Beedos was our favorite! Check in was super easy and having the keypad instead of having to keep up with a key was very nice. Our host's clear communication and willingness to accommodate took our experience above and beyond. The marsh view was beautiful - we really enjoyed seeing the stars at night. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants a laid back, easy, and beautiful trip to Fripp!

Wonderful property with excellent appointments, super clean and comfortable. Everything was in perfect working order. Communication with owner was prompt and ideal.

What an amazing place to vacation. The treehouse was beautiful. No detail was overlooked in preparing this home for our stay. When we arrived, soft music was playing on the TV that sat the vibe for the serenity of the home from the moment we opened the door. The floor to ceiling windows literally take your breath away throughout the home. I could have happily spent the entire trip on one of the decks soaking in the views and wildlife around me. The golf cart was a great way to tour the island and visit the available amenities. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to come back again!

Excellent property, perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Has EVERYTHING you need and is very clean and updated. Very quiet secluded location with great views, but beach and amenities are just a short golf cart ride away. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Perfect stay.

From the time we walked in until we left was so wonderful and relaxing and just as advertised. The views so mesmerizing and accommodations were fun and sometimes you would think you were in the jungle with all the foliage out the bedroom windows. The only thing that wasn’t so good is that I had to leave. I only hope we can return to this wonderful place.

Everything was just as described and communication was excellent. Being out toward the end of the strip of land was very peaceful and abundant with wildlife. We also really enjoyed being able to get out by foot, bike, and cart to enjoy the beauty of the island and the beach. This is a spot we will put on our list to return to.

This property has beautiful views of the Marsh. You are virtually in the marsh.

Great place all together

This is in a remote area on Fripp. It’s such a lovely location with gorgeous Marsh views. Don’t hesitate to book this property. We throughly enjoyed everything. We had a small issue with the golf cart but response time was instantaneous! I hope to stay again there next year!

We enjoyed our stay at the house and our visit to Fripp Island. Very much enjoyed the peacefulness of the marsh after being at the ocean all day. Loved the golf cart rides around the island and meeting fantastic people along the way. A very refreshing trip! We had a state park pass (or you can buy daily or annual passes at the gate) so we went to Hunting Island State Park each day. Having access to a park with a great beach (feels private and tropical) for wake boarding and shark tooth hunting was a daily To-Do and its great beach to enjoy beach activities. Kitchen had all the items we needed to prepare all our meals. Beds were comfy, good water pressure, loved the different areas to lounge around the house (inside and out), and it was just enough space for a family of 3 (or 4). Its good to have to be close to each other on a family vacation to keep those great connections all day. Owner is great, easy to work with and very communicative which makes renting a breeze. Loved having the golf cart, a very nice amenity. We saw tons of wildlife from all kinds of birds and crabs (sea life) to dolphins, deer (tons of deer), racoons... You name it, if it's out there, you will probably see it. Enjoyed and will be back again. Thank you!

Our stay on Fripp Island in the Tree House was everything I expected and more. We hope to stay there again!
