Our group really enjoyed staying here! The house was located very close to numerous shops/restaurants/bars that made it easy to do anything we wanted to while in town. The house was perfect for our group, with the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, and the comfy living space. We would definitely stay here again!
Our family enjoyed our stay at Indian Paintbrush. We were surprised at how close the house is to downtown. The view overlooking the town is amazing. We loved all the deer in the neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and comfy. We would definitely recommend.
We came to Estes for a wedding and needed a large house for several people. Indian Paintbrush rental was everything we needed/expected and more. Check in was easy and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The house was really clean and plenty of linens weee provided. Lots of space to spread out, games, magazines, etc for entertainment. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and eat. We saw deer in the yard daily. Location was perfect, we walked to downtown several times. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!
Lovely but cold
This location was perfect for a small group of adult women to walk straight down into town to bars, restaurants and shopping after a day of hiking or sightseeing. The house was clean, the check in and check out procedure was relatively simple and the house was very roomy and clean. The porch had great views of the mountains and Estes (and the Stanley!) and contained all the necessary amenities. We will definitely rent again when and if we return to stay at Estes. Our only recommendations for improvement are an improvement in pillow quality and moving to direct check in via a lockbox, rather than picking up keys at an office.
We enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Estes Park. The home had plenty of space to spread out and the views of Estes Park were great off of the deck.
Just a great property that is well maintained, conveniently located a block off downtown, well appointed with kitchen supplies and linens, and a wonderful deck that we thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on. Very quiet neighborhood as well, we slept with the windows open each night and never heard anything but the morning birds. We will definitively stay at this property again.
Stayed here for a long weekend. We had adults and two young children. This house was by far the most well-equipped in the kitchen we've ever stayed in, which was huge for us. Lots of use out of the crockpot and utensils! ? The home had so much room and the location was within walking distance of our three favorite places (The Barrel, Rockcut Brewing and Full Throttle Grill). We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Other than having to pick up & drop off the keys it was great. Very cool house! We had a issue w the oven not cooking at temp properly. I own a appliance repair company & I’m pretty sure the oven needs a new igniter.
We just loved our stay. Very spacious, amazing location with great access to downtown Estes Park. The layout was awesome and the home came with everything we possibly could have needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again and recommend!
Only complaint is there are a lot of stairs but the house is huge. We saw deer or elk everyday, my granddaughter loved climbing on the rocks in front yard and playing with the childs kitchen set. location is great we could just walk to town to avoid the parking nightmare on a busy Estes weekend. very relaxing atmosphere!
Walking distance to the heart of Estes Park. Very comfortable and clean home, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
House was very nice and spacious. We had 7 adults staying there and never felt crowded. Clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Deck is amazing with plenty of chairs and great views. About two blocks to winery, outdoor bar called The Barrel, and new Full Throttle bar grill. We walked to downtown shops so never had to worry about parking. Would stay there again!
Great location- can walk anywhere in town! Comfortable and very roomy. Nice deck to enjoy the views and the weather.
I am so grateful for amenities at the house and convenient location. The views were breathtaking. It was so very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking at the house and felt really at home dining on the spacious deck. Did I say spacious and comfortable? The pictures don’t do the site justice, I think I loved it more in person. It’s perfect!
We enjoyed our family stay during our daughter's wedding. The place was clean and we loved the location, views and outdoor space. There are some quirks to be aware of, like not having any door into the master bath shower and toilet area. The second upstairs bedroom has no heat and the shades are see through and offer little privacy at night. One of the downstairs showers had an awkward arrangement that could not be operated without either getting initially doused with cold water, or letting the water spray out on the floor. Several of the doors are out of alignment and were difficult to close. The entry door hinges were failing. Other than that, It was a nice stay and will hopefully be improved.
The location of this house can't be beat! Within walking distance to downtown Estes and many restaurants and attractions. Smooth check-in process. We had one minor issue with garbage collection while there, but management was extremely responsive and took care of the matter right away. The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you would need for cooking. Spice cupboard also well stocked. Bathrooms were out of hand soap and not much toilet paper, so recommend bringing that if possible, otherwise plan to get these types of supplies at local grocery. The property has an awesome deck above the garage. Perfect for large families or couples. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!
We were in town for a family wedding and this home was perfect for 3 couples, and room for family to stop by for an outside visit on the patio. Each couple had their own private bathroom and comfy bed. We would definitely visit again!! Thank you!!
This is the perfect house with plenty of space and perfect views. Deer in the front yard a few mornings, walking distance to town and fabulous patio area. I would highly recommend this house and location to anyone traveling to Estes Park.
The house was great for our vacation. We stayed with another family and had four kids in total, ages 4, 3, 2, and 7 months. There was plenty of room for all of us, the house had everything we needed, and the location provided easy access to downtown and to Rocky Mountain National Park. There were elk in the yard multiple times and our 4-year-old is already talking about going back again.
