Ours is a comfortable, privately owned, renovated historic home in Cotter Arkansas near the beautiful White River. It has great natural light and a large yard with a big wooden deck and a gravel patio with a picnic table and charcoal bbq.
There are 3 sleeping areas. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and in the family room there is a full size hide-a-bed.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We loved the house. Our host thought of everything from buttercreamy soft sheets to a box of first aid supplies. There were coloring books, good DVDs, plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and so on. The pictures are current and accurate. Our host gave clear and easy instructions. Would happily stay here again.

Stayed Apr 7, 2024Owner was very prompt when responding to email. House had everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Quiet neighborhood. We met the neighbors across the street, they are gold, everyone should have a neighbor like these two. Big yard. We didn’t use it but available is a deck, picnic table and grill/smoker. We would stay here again.

As soon as I walked in I felt like I was back in my childhood at my Grannny and Papa’s home?Very clean and actually very peaceful being that it’s in a neighborhood. Everything in the home that we needed to make a great stay. Cotter is a beautiful place I 10/10 recommend this beautiful home and a visit to Cotter.
